I thought of this like the 2nd day I had s3 so if anyone trys to tell you that they found it it is a lie. They are dirty liars. Anyways, grab 2 sets of vehicle mines on a map where your terrorist. Dont worry cuz terr guns are light and 10x as good as seal guns.
Drive the tank to an open spot and get out.
WAIT TILL IT STOPS MOVING!
Then plant 3 mins in front of it.
When the other team gets in and drives they blow up.
Unless, they see them and they go in reverse (or just go in reverse for the heck of it). And I wouldnt call anyone liars or using this method "finding it", it's more common sense, well common sense tactically. More people need to think tactically (strategizing, and working as a TEAM)for Socom 3, they would enjoy it more.
Yeah this is an easy way to take out about 2-4 seals easily, but if your team kept the tank and drove around in it, you could probably take out 5-7 enemies with it.

I find the most effective way is to plant them at each track as close as possible, then they cant move in any direction without blowing up. Its always amusing watching someone get in the tank only to blow up after moving an inch.

No even if they move it blows up no matter what direction they go in.
You dont have to run over M2's for them to blow up just be close. And since the tank isnt moving when u plant them (hopefully) then it should work.
I've tried the M2 mine trick, and it's worked. But I've also used PNN mines, and had good luck with them. I plant one on each side, and one in the rear. People are usually so happy, to steal the tank, they don't see the mines. Now if you could team up with a couple of others, and have them plant the M2 mines first, and then you plant your PNN mines, you've really got a good set-up.
