i equip the m14 because on single shot with a scope its a reliable shrpshooting weapon and also because when it hits the fan you can switch to automatic and lay waste to your targets.

for sniping tips all i can say is equip a scope and a bipod. then when you see a target hit the deck, zoom in and bang down in one

I think the bi-pods are absofrigginlutly useless, your scope stedies in 2 secs. without it, why carry the extra weight. terr or seal 50. cal w/ high scope thats all you need then practice, practice, practice.

Yeah, i only use the bi-pod if i am really low on weight, which is never. For me, the best sniping tactic... aim for the head, ooh yeah, best advice you will ever need.

The main sniping tip is grab a scope practice camping then shootgunning then quick sniping.Maybe ill see one of yall in socom3 my name is HALOFOV.

If u still have problems play with your friends in sniper only rooms thats how i learned

I agree with u m14 is good but id take a m16 over it any day.

AAn important tip 2 know is to not always aim 4 the head.Very ur shot spots aim 4 the cheast or legs if u have 2.

Motionless
These are all good tips, i just hae one think to add. If you are hiding in the foliage with a ghille suit, or just proned somewhere dark, the main thing to remember is find a spot where you wont have to move to see the area you are watching. You are more likely to be seen if you are turning left and right to scan your surroundings. Stay at a low magnification to see the whole terrain and zoom in on your target when spotted and make your shot count. This is how people walk right over you, because they don't see movement in the bushes. That is all i have to add. Just remember, every shot counts.
-One shot. One kill- Take it to heart.

Might i sugest using a quick scope like a 4x scope or 12x scope so you get instant zoom so u don't have to hold ur zoom too much. Which can be fatal.
But overall use what u are comfortble with and test it out.
