Question about badges and unlocking items...

Ok.
Well I just finished getting my knife kill badge and I'm trying to work on getting my "Complete all Campaign or Instant Action missions on Recover".

Well...I have just finished the last Recover mission on Instant Action.
Guess what?

No badge!

So will someone please explain to me, why I went through all of that, trying to get my Recover badge, and it didnt even give it to me.

What am I doing wrong?

Am I supposed to get the badges online? Because if you are, it should say that instead of making you go through all of that trouble for absolutley nothing at all.

Also, another problem I'm having is...syncing my PSP Fireteam Bravo 2 with my PS2 Socom: CA.

Why won't it work? And what do I need to do?

not sure but let's say you were doing a bagde on Admiral, if you forgot to change the level from Commander to Admiral at the briefing, you have done that Instant mission (or a few of them) as a Commander.
if I'm right just check your stats.
