because its retartded. one u not moving is showing ur lazy r to scared to go to the action. 2 is that when camping alot of times u have to wait along time to finally find a target. and three, eventually ur position will be found and the guy who found u will tell his whole team where u r and the that place isnt a good sniping spot anymore.
