Why would we want to watch people sit around and play with their dicks for 4 minutes so we can tie a demo? No one ****ing cares. We'd rather loose the damn map and get to keep playing. Do you have any idea how fun this game would be if no one camped?

Of course he doesn't, NOBODY except us do, IMO.
And as for never playing XR and FH, I'm sure that over the years I have played those maps more than you have played all of the games collectively, sit down boy.

If he wants to camp let him camp. Just like most of you said in the quick sniping room, "its fun for me". Maybe watching people run by jump around after getting shot is fun for him. You dont want people complaining that your arent being realistic then try not complain about the way other people play. Its a personal preference and if you dont like it deal with it or leave. Your in no position to tell people how to play their game.

I SERIOUSLY hope you're joking.
Running and gunning - usually done with an assault rifle. Running out and rushing enemies. Not hiding. Strafing in gun fights. Aiming in gunfights. Aiming while strafing, while the other guy is strafing. Trying to kill the enemy before he kills you, and before other enemies get to you.
You're saying that THAT takes no skill at all? What the hell are you smoking?! Anyone that has "skill" at this game atleast has some pretty decent aim, and can take down an enemy quickly..so you're saying that someone who consistantly does well while running and gunning, and who consistantly takes down enemies with ease, has NO skill.

If I am running anything but a sniper rifle, then I am moving about. I might stop for a bit to make sure the coast is clear, or set up an ambush point, but that's about it. IF I am sniping, I am a rock. I am going to find a nice hidey-hole, and I am going to call out tangos and take a shot if I feel confident about it. I think camping is an art form, not a time-consuming pracitce when used correctly. If my team outnumbers the other team, I switch to a pistol and get on the move. If I am outnumbered, I try to play it smart.
It just seems like camping gets a bad rap when it is a very useful tool for any and all to use. There is a vast difference between camping and hiding to me. Maybe its the hiding we should all be busting on!

Thats about what I'm saying SPALL, although when I snipe I'm not a rock, I move along walls, I'll jump snipe depending on the other teams methods/map, stuff like that. I'm not saying that its bad to not move when you snipe, thats one of the ideas behind sniping you know?
And just to reiterate my views...

I guess some people that are drunk or high can have fun in one spot, but some of us would rather kill people (after all, it is a SHOOTER...).
So when is the rig
ht time to camp? Well, in one of our random war videos that Razzor7 made you can see me pull off a 3v1. I was being sneaky in it, I killed one guy near the trains in Anchorage, and then knowing that the other 2 would come near the area I stayed low in the trench and went behind the boxes. There I proceeded to take them both out. Also, I dont know how many of you had played S2 as much as me or some other [S3] members, but say its a XR game, its tied 5-5 in a clan war and the other team has rushed with the bomb every round. I know for a fact that I would be planting some mines and staying close to the base, whereas two rounds earlier I was rushing the Fish Marker/Red Room.
There are perfect times where a little camping/sneaky tactics are justified, but NOT 98% of the players on S3/CA just camp because they're scared to be shot at and risk being exposed for being absolutely horrible.

Ok I have one of the highest hit percentage and survival rating in my clan. I do camp, but I do run and gun when I realize I'm outnumbered by atleast 3. If the other team outnumbers 5 to just me I will stay in a spot because I know that the other team will eventually come looking for me.
What I really hate is the people that have to camp when they realize that they are outnumber by 2 people and have the hopes of one of them walking by.
When I play I camp (It depends on the map). If the map is Harvester I get a ghillie suit and blend into the grass. If it's fault I'll lay back until they initial grenades are tossed. If it's Bootcamp I'll run to a position then camp. It all depends on the map for me.
I'll sure as hell camp if I know I can secure my team with a win. If the round is 5-4 in my favor and it's a 1v1 situation you should by now know where I stand.
I camp as a tactic, not as a get the whole team pissed off at me type situation.

Same here. There is a time and place for everything, even camping.
I camp only when
1. At a ambush spot
2. When we have numbers by one or 2 people. Sit tight and let them come to us.
If i am down in the round, i dont camp loses. meaning if we are losing i try to find them.
3. I am mainly a run and gun also.
I hARDLY ever snipe. I have only 8 kills with a sniper rifle out of like 1000 kills.
I hate standing still. I prefer to be moving if i can.
Sometimes its better for the team to not camp, sometimes it is better to hide and wait.
But I just hate guys who are down in the round and camp a lose. You stupid!its a 5-2. Why the heck are you camping. Get 3 kills.
