The possibility exists, but the odds are incredibly against it. Something like getting two forms of cancer while being struck by lightning while winning the lottery. I just can't see it happening.

hes not good...he cheats somehow...his kills to deaths now are like 500 to 1 and he is still getting 80 something points for a win

In reference to the last comment: he might cheat, but that doesn't mean that he isn't good. The two are not mutually exclusive.

this crap just makes me mad cus i was banned and never given a reason. I called sony and was never given an answer and then there are guys like this, where its so friggin obvious and hes the top ranked player on the game and they do nothing.

If somebody wants to be that big of a loser let them who cares. But anybody with any sense could tell he's cheating, hopefully.

I understand they cheat, cause they do. You can't get around it, as optimistic as Radio is.

Then you think about it, if they get banned for ranking up, what about the people that exploit the system as well? It might not stick out as well for the others, but they are cheating. If they are going to ban the rank-ups for cheating, then the Code 9, glitchers, and lag switch users need to be banned as well. There just isn't enough man power at Sony/Zipper to make that happen. Or last of passion, however you look at it.
