Can rank go up when you're in negatives?

My kills are 300 over deaths, wins about 100 over loses, I am a 10% mvp (meaning i have 1 mvp for every 10 games played), have a 10% hit percent (thats actually down from about 16) and have well a horrible survival percent fo 16.9 and my rank is -1200 because of damn disconnects and quits... the game is way too dependent upon these and it REALLY ruins your rank.

when i first started i use to quit alot but now i finish every game. And i seem to win more .

You will still get the random Disconnects which gives you a swift kick in -15 point Ash, you also have only 4 MVPS which doesn't counter those disconnects.

the only real way to get your rank up from that far in the negitives is, play in the demo rooms, where most 4 stars play, and get on the team of a 4 star player, if his rating is above 1500, then its a good bet hes abusing the system and you will benefit from it.
