Can rank go up when you're in negatives?

You need to win the majority of your games to have a decent rank. If you have a lot of disconnects,quits, it hurts it too. Rank really doesn't matter though people take it to seriously.

i dont take it seriously at all but it sucks when your entire is all gold star and up and when you try to follow them it says your rank doesnt meet these requirements

The only way your goin to get a higher rank, is make a new name and have a better win/loss less quits/ disconnects.

This, to me, tells me why your rank is in the negatives... that is an unusually high number of disconnects... do you quit games often? If not, then I think it's about time that you upgraded to a better ISP.
