Can rank go up when you're in negatives?

Whoever was griping about d/c's, I think I've posted my reasoning behind them putting them in the stats and not taking them out before, but i'll post again.

Ok, so in S2 people used lag switches and w/e. Right? So in S3/CA, they made the game more sensitive to crappy connections so people couldn't use a lag switch (even though they can now)/pull their cords. Still following? Ok, so if a cord pullers gets booted, why should they care? They just go into another game and try again, right? Well, some of the cord-pullers CARE ALOT about their ranks and whatnot, therefore by putting the disconnects in the stats and making it weigh heavy on the score of the player it should shun the idea of pulling your cord.

I understood what you meant... Redman is a cord puller... I get it... it makes total sense now.

I got what you are saying Ox. It sucks for those who have bad connection nights, when they are getting booted left and right though. I guess there is no real way around that sort of stuff though....
Dan, I have been voted for just being on the wrong side of a room dominated by a clan on one side or the other. Nevermind that booting me so their friend can get in does nothing for their friend, its just annoying. I never chose what side I got to come in on, and I would get punished for it. I would have gladly moved over in the Tween Game screen if they would only wait. All my votes have been because of that.

I totally understand this, i wont go in a room that is dominated by a clan on one of the sides cus i know that bs will happen. But Redman gets voted cus he is really annoying. I mean, he has the most annoying noobish post on the fourms and does the same when he stats threads. Half the threads hes started have all been done before. Just imagine how much more annoying it would be listening to him on mic. Another reason he gets voted, hes horrible. You see his stats. almost 400 games and a kills to death ratio of .5.
Third, hes a cord puller and his teammates know it, so they may vote him for that.

Without actually playing with him online, l won't make that call. Usually we just TKd them and whatnot. It was a game. But that only occured if the offender was a pain in the butt.

5 times isnt alot .i have a friend who has been voted out at least 120 times dont believe me look up his name Lil_roy


all those disconnects were from being on a router

now that i upgraded to high speed i have like 2 disconnects per week

With a -5200 the only thing u realy can do is play convoy...Also look dont be on the side with like 4 starz agaenst butter sticks....Also look go to the side with more negitives....this will help you gain some points.but ur prob never gonna get out of the - 5gs

no, its better to go to the side with the 4stars, especially the guys with ratings over 1600 cus they probably got a rank down name in the room.
