I agree, I don't think its comming out and to tell you the truth I don't even care. I've moved on with my gameing life and I am now enjoying my Xbox 360 and next-gen games. I just feel that Zipper has betrayed its loyal fan base with thier refusal to promptly deliver what the community wants. Combined Assault was without a question the last Socom purchase I will ever make.

There's something to be said about loyalty. Instead of promising more map packs, they should have just done the first one. Then surprise us with more. (if it was even true and not a marketing ploy.)

it looks like sony got tired of all of zippers lazyniess like not fixing glitching and thier inability to keep up with wats promised i have to admit the glitching will never stop but when zipper comes out with s3 and say u cant glitch no more becouse if ur connection dissapears for more than 3 seconds ur booted--ie lag switch and other things i cant remember right now never mind about that but how about thier ineffectivness for the major rank ups and wat about beta testing thats how u discover problems and fix them u dont beta test by releasing a beta and calling it combined assault and also they never updated the dam message boards even when there were mass boots what happened what happened its hachers no wait its them clearing out all the rank ups no no i know wat it is its the NEW MAP PACK i mean if u ran a buiseness like that ud loose ur customers oppps and who was that making socom 4 no wonder its supposed to be completly differant than all other socom games the company that made socom got the boot well i supose its fitting justice hey i love socom i think 3 and ca were great i just wish zipper gave a dam enough to make it the best it could've been

There's something to be said for punctuation....

Honestly, I liked Last Bastion and the city map they re-released for SOCOM 3. I wished they had released more of the old maps for 3/CA, that might have kept me around more. But they were too busy screwing the pooch. It'll cost them in the end, mostly financially. I severely doubt we'll ever see another map pack released. Too bad, I could go for some Death Trap right now!
