Map Pack #1 Problems

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

Anywho, I just got my debit card a few weeks ago and remembered I had my flash drive so I figured I would purchase the map pack. Well I entered all of my information and hit Purchase. It was loading for a minute then gave me an error message saying that the server had timed out and I should try again later. I waited 10 minutes and tried again, but got another error message that said the product was already purchased. I checked for the 3 maps on the Autoplay section, but they weren't there. I also tried to create a game and see if I could do it that way, however I couldn't. I've tried to purchase them again but it won't let me. I also checked my bank transactions online and my account was never charged for the map packs.

So.. Am I SOL or what?

After further review, my account has now been charged, but I still can't use them. I've had the downloaded/free version on the flash drive for a while and I put the flash drive in my computer and the Socom folder is still there with all of the files inside, but I still cannot use the maps.

Delete them and re-download them (you don't have to re-purchase them). If that doesn't work, someone else should have a better answer for you.

Yeah, I agree with Rick. You should just try redoing it all.

I remember I had trouble with the map packs when they first came out. It took me a while to get them to work, but I redid it all and it ended up working.

Do people still play these? I don't think I've seen an 'Unavailable' game listing in the past three months or so.

I see them all the time and it's really annoying. I have them, I just don't like putting the flash drive in because it seems to slow down loading time and such for me.
