I got 100% for shooting some one after joining the games right before it ends. Although normally when I'm sniping I get around 30% (usually because I have to use my pistol from time to time). Running and gunning I normally have about 5%, highest was about 25%.
i once had 100%
but that was because i only fired one shot. and it was a headshot with a shotgun
and after i got the kill the game ended
but for cerial, i had like 88% it was on co-op and i was using a sniper

I've probly had higher, highest gunning game i can remember recently was 17 percent hit on killing fields. Sniping 100 not that it's really that hard. I usually always get 10 to 15 percent hit a game.
going to call me a liar... but whatever this is true...
back when s3 first came out...i actually had a snipign hit percent above 100% several times... this was back when you could hit the same person with the same bullet twice (like thru the arm then into the leg... or shoulder to leg... etc) since this was fixed my best sniping was 100% and is usually between 40 and 75%... my best r and g was prolly like 33% and is usually between 8% and 25%
A little bit above 30% using a 552 on citadel. Best game I ever played so far and that was long *** time ago in the summer sometime. Had 23 straight kills and I think I finished like 28-3.
