Socom errors

When I got up today to play Socom, I was signing on and it would go through the normal steps of signing on but when get to the DNAS thing that pops up on the screen it will just sit there and and after a few minutes it will give me an error, it has done this to me 3 times now, I have never had issues getting online, the first error was -107 error the second error was a Timed out error and not as I look at the screen it says there is a -610 error..what does this stuff mean?

Yes i always get network error 9 and network error 39 and it d/cs me. I mean its not a every now and then thing its every time i log on, it takes hours for me to just get in a room to play. If anyone knows how to fix this let me know. Im running cable internet so im thinking it wouldn't be that and i have everything hooked up properly, the disk is clean and i've tried logging on with my ps2 and ps3 ... Thanks
