Zipper's Cleaning out of RANK UPS

Take that ageofpoo guy, he's not banned, yet the guy with 1000 escort wins with 0 kills and deaths is banned. Zipper needs to wake up. People who love Socom dont stop playing cus of rank ups, they stop cus of code 9 kids. I dont know, maybe I'am an idiot, i just think Zipper's priority should be code 9, not rank ups.

Pretty much, If someone ranks up to get to the admiral rank, they want to see if they really do have an orgasim from it. Seriously, If anyone ranks up, they have no life except for the one on socom, which is, IMO, Not COOL.

Im glad thier banning rank ups, some of those guys in that top 100 are code 9 users they cheat and rank up. Its great that zipper is actually working on fixing the game. Hopefully they can get the ranks and game play fixed. The save socom petition might work. And i like having rank because its fun to have a challenge to move up in rank.. thats my opinion though i don't know about anyone else's. Rank would make the game so much better if it worked properly.

I would have tototally agree with pan. He basically summed the situation up. It really irritates me though, that they would have to do such a thing so people wouldn't have the chance to rank up.

i guess i really am in the minority here as wanting zipper to take care of the code 9 kids before they nailed the rank ups. People can only rank up like that so fast and easy cus zipper totally screwed up the ranking system. Dont get me wrong, im glad they are cleaning out rank ups, but like i said, i'd rather them clean up the code 9 glitchers first, the ones who really F up games.

I was talking with a buddy the other day and he brought up a good idea. Ban the top 10 guys everyday. I like that idea. People would be so happy if the freaks with 0 deaths and 15K wins were all getting banned. Also, the Code 9 thing will be on their list. All you can do for now is leave the room. I said it to alot of people in the beginning of Socom 3, its up to the players to keep this game clean. So get your buddies to vote these guys out of your rooms as soon as they glitch. No exceptions. Make a glitch room if you want to glitch.

I enjoy the rank and the challenge of rank. I also miss my Wings.

But you cant vote a lot of these code 9 people. They put a program on the mod disk that wont allow them to be voted.

I don't understand why people make such a fuss over rankups... All they do is boost they're rank which makes it harder to get a high rank yourself. Even if you are a butterstick you can still outplay a rank up in every way. Code 9 is going to be severe once the new version of it comes out for both S3 and S:CA it'll ruin the game just like it did on S2. Zipper should let the rankups do their ranking up and concentrate on the code 9 deal. Personally I think if you can't beat them join them... I used to rankup back in the day and it's so lame and such a waste of time unless you do it yourself, thats if you own 6+ ps2's and tv's. S:CA and S3 is going to get GG'd and it'll end up just like S2 because zipper is run by a bunch of morons.

I understand where your all going on the code 9 thing that really is going to mess this game up so bad. The rank ups are bad but i take back what i said before they do need to take care of the code 9 stuff before rank ups. I really don't see why they make cheats and ways to cheat on video games anyway, its just plain stupid. And the whole owning like 6 ps2's and ranking up, i think if they really want that high rank so bad and they can't get it any other way except wasting 1000's of dollars let them. If they honestly want to be that much of losers let em. But the code 9 needs to be stopped fast!

Makes me sick people that want to ruin things for everyone else because they suck...
