It's probably just for people who already have laptops. Think about that huh?

Well if you already had a laptop it would be alot easier and cheaper, the cat5 crossover cable only runs for about $10, but like I said, only if you had a laptop already.

are you guys retarded or something.

You either need a wireless gaming rounter by linksys or some other b rand, and/or hook it up directly to the modem. it isnt that difficult. otherwise enable any computer you have for a shared internet connection, and run the cable through the ethernet port.

ive done it every different way possible and it takes 20 seconds to do.

you wont be able to run it from ur laptop to ur ps2.

your gaming adapter will pick up the internet signal on its own, you dont need the wirless card in ur laptop, inf act your laptop has nothing to do with this. i use the linksys adapter. all you do, plug in the linsksys adapter, go onlin to the site in the manual, edite ur network configuration, run the ethernet cable from the gaming router to ur ps2, and ur ready to go. the laptop means nothing.

I understand why someone posted about it, you can use a laptop as a wireless bridge, and connect your Playstation to the laptop. Although its a good idea, it's was to confusing.

I just wanted to tell the new guy that his reply wasn't needed in such a mean way.
