i just redid my network config and the test passed...i got to connection to socom and it says disconnected from network every time...i cant even get back on to download it again like the FAQ says...

You will first need to hit the "purchase" tab before you download. When you get into the "purchase" folder, enter everything except your credit card information, then hit "submit". I also tried to just download the maps first without going to the "purchase" folder and it would download, but I couldn't enter a room with those maps selected. You might have to enter the ex date and the security number on your credit card, I'm not sure if I had to do that or not.
With the problem of Liberation. I have a original series PS2 and the HDD, and all of them play fine for me. It might have something to do with your storage device. I doubt that it has anything to do with which version of the PS2 you have. You would think, and hope, that Zipper has already tested this with all versions of the PS2.

Yeah for some reason, I can't play Liberation. I only see me alone in the map and it doesn't load the next round.

I have the fat ps2 and i can play liberation. i downloaded then purchased and havent had a problem.

I downloaded the maps on the ubs thing, but then when i go to play them, it says i didnt download them. Im downloading them again to see if its any different.

Aftter downloading them go back to community, SOCOM Store and click purchase. Accpet blah blah blah then fill out all the info except the CC info, fill in the security question at the top of the screen too. Again you don't even need to look at your credit card

I did lol, but it says I have to put in my cc stuff, and I am verified.

You can click Edit and then there should be another button there while editing that says delete, and BAm gone, write double post has the reason

yeah i have the same problem but i cant play any new maps without my ps2 rebooting. i have the fat ps2 and i dowloaded the maps to a flash drive. i might try dowloading them to my psp instead. my ps2 is only 2 1/2 years old
