The thing is, you make a room, with your rules. Disable the guns that don't tickle your fancy, and people who come into room, have to follow your rules. It's not that hard people, if you don't like the gun, don't go into a room that has it allowed.

On the same token, if an entire team agrees and asks/tells you to stop using said weapon, you should oblige or expect to be voted or TK'd. It's just the rules of the road

But for example If I were knew, why should I oblige, I have just spent in excess of £50 to be told what to use. You are 'players' just like me, you have no authority. You should accept that Im allowed to use what I want, and in response to the 2nd reply, I agree, if you cant win against someone using a "noob" gun then your not very good.

Stop being selfish and think that because you bought the game, you can play it however you want. Many others bought the game and want to have fun...

If one has a disclaimer announcing what guns are acceptable then that is of course agreeable and that those not abiding should be kicked out, but for those Default Socom Maps (not player created) then no one has a right to tell someone else what gun they should use, of course everyone is entitled to have fun but if your not happy create a room with your preferences. If your not happy with a gun doesnt make you right and usually because you have a personal problem with the scenario (your generally a poor player). If you dont want anyone using certain guns then of course you have the right to create your own room for your own preferences but I just would like to get the mind set correct on these people who think its their job to inform someone what not to use, is this a case of showing the natural bullies in the world?

You should oblige because the people that you're playing with don't want you to use it. If they ask you not to use it, and you have to be an ******* and keep using it then you deserve to be voted. What you should do though is make sure most of the people don't care if you use it. If they don't mind then go ahead and use it, but if most of the people on your team don't want you using it then you should just put it away.

That is the lamest thing I've read on here in a long time. If the gun is not turned off in the created room it's fair game. If the majority of the team has a problem with your weapon of choice then they need to read the room's fine print prior to entering. It is no one's place in the game to play Socom police and try and mold a particular room to their liking AFTER the room has been created. If the weapon is left in play then it is just that, IN PLAY! I for one am not a sheep. If the majority of my team is whining about me using a legal gun then it would just make me want to use it more. Not because I'm a **** or a ***** or a hoe, but just for the simple fact that it is my game and I am breaking no rules by using a gun that was intentionally left on by the room's creator. Sorry, but those are just logical facts, deal with it.

I have been saying this all along. In my opinion, it does not matter if you are brand new or a 3 year vet, you can use whatever gun blows your skirt up. If you payed for the game, you should not let ANYONE tell you how to play it. If people are playing in an all weapons room, and they are saying you shouldn't be using an M60 or a 203, then tell them to go play in a pistols only room. There are options available for those complainers out there to play the game without all of the so-called "Newb" guns. The only time you should obey what guns people say you can't use is in a clan match. Otherwise, run and gun, spray and pray, and 203 frag those complaining f.a.gs.

If I had to guess I would say between 13-15 years old.

I could not have said it better...... Too many online sherriffs telling others what to do. If you have problems with this and want to use any weapon whenever you want to join a Doper room ( <>~ clan tag ) in east 3 or east 3 ranked. You can use any weapon without being labelled a noob.
