Just a word to the wise: As a consumer whenever you buy anything used, check it the eff out before you buy it. That disk could've been all scratched up, or scribbled on, or anything.
I've personally don't like conducting business with EB-Games. Just like everyone has said before me I check everything out ( especially used ) before I walk out the door. Even at the Video store I inspect the disc before I walk out the door,. I've gone home to many times with the wrong or scratched up movie/game in the wrong case.
Ive bought brand new CD's ( Never Opened ) several times , and got out to the car, opened up the case and surprise suprise No CD.
I've ordered Double Woppers from Burger King and Got a sandwich with no meat.
Save every receipt you have forever. Alot of people make simple mistakes and they don't want to make good with them.

your blockbuster plan sounds evil and mean, yet couldnt they learn who returned the wrong game? case i accidentally returned a movie in the game thhing and they called me up.

No don't do that dude. That's as good as stealing. Besides, do you really want to put someone else through what you have been. Trust me, you'll regret it if you ever do it. DON'T DO IT.
But I would be poed, but I always buy new games, I only sell my used ones, once a year.
