Mic works, But not online!!!!

Are you verified? If you are not verified I have heard people have MIC problems because of that.

yeah, thats prolly my last resort. i honestly thought of calling my isp to see if they had a solution. becuase most ppl who play socom dont have to do that port **** and there mic works fine, it prlolly is my singal> Though like IVE BEEN SAYING WHEN I JUST CONNECT THROUGH THE CABLE MODEM ITSELF, MY MIC WORKS FINE ONLINE. BUT WITH THE ROUTER IT DOESN'T

OMFG!!!!! I have told everyone that my mic works it ****ing works!!!!(on single player), it only works on the cable modem itself, if i just connect my ethernet cable up to the modem, i can hear and talk fine!!!! Then if i hook up the router to play online it doesnt work. ALSO it looks likes some ppl havnt looked at the whole thread!!! I have another mic that is broken(i cant hear with it but i can talk) if i hook that mic up with the router it still does the sma thing, it doesnt recongize the mic, it doesnt bring up the circle icon in the game or the L2 button in the lobby. Someone also already private messeged me that getting another mic wouild absolutly not be the soultion to this problem, he did the same thing(bought another mic) didnt work. I getting kidna of upset cause it seems some ppl arnt realy understading my situation here, or are not reading the whole thread. thx for everything so far for those who are gving me tips relivant to my problem.:smile:

dude shut up and open the ports on your router. there sre so many threads about mic problems it isnt even funny. just open the ports. i did it and my mic works fine. OPEN THE PORTS!
