Missing player skins in S3.

Is'nt it Socom tradition to have Desert, Jungle, Snow, Diving, and sort of urban tactical suits. I noticed this when the game first came out but SC3 left out my favorite Snow and diving suits.

They also left some of the suits from the single player game off of the online game. Like that urban tactical with the helmet. That skin should have been at the very least in the waterworks map.

And the stupid diving suits from Frostfire bugged me... they might be cool in Waterworks.

There are urban tact. suits. Why would they put in snow suits, when there are no snow maps, and why would they put in diver suits when there are no "diver" type situations?

Are you serious? That is NOT a snow map. It is a jungle/woods map. It even says it in the name.

There is a light snow in BW, but not enough for a full on snow camo suit. But I still wouldn't call it a snow map.

What I mean is that Socom 1 & 2 had Snow and diver suit maps. Socom 3 just seems to have abandoned its roots of offering a wide array of enviroments and cool camoes.

BTw I liked the diver suit, made me feel like I was actually playing as a Seal.

If you had read the interviews with Zipper about Socom 3 you would have heard that it was sorta directed to the evolution of the military(suits) and to the current war(citadel, killing fields). I don't think there is any snow in Afghanistan or Iraq, or water in any of those countries.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think a diver suit is a camoflague?

Blackwoods (apart from been the worst map in the game) is deffinately not a snow map. Its black for a start (Hence the name BLACKwoods) and last time I checked, an area covered by snow is white. (Maybe yellow but thats not the point) If we had a snow map I would only play that map, I love snow maps on every game they are on, I dont know why but they are just cool. I think in the next SOCOM they need to put gun covers on, like a ghillie for the guns because if you are sat with an AK-47 in snow, you might just stand out a little bit.

I think Diving suits arent really used as a camouflage but mainly to keep the swimmer a little warmer by trapping air inside the suit which then becomes warm from the swimmer's own body temperature. I think that swimming in dark waters makes the diving suit's use as camouflage only an added bonus really. I think the characters are totally mesed up really, like Mirovova (sp?) who is the craoky woman in the white suit, is totally retarded. She stands out anywhere she freakin goes. I also think a few other characters dont really fit into their surroundsings but thats another topic.

Basically - Bring snow maps, bring snow characters, bring gun covers, bring what ever else is a great idea... unlike Mironova (Sp?)
