Does your family bother you while playing video games?

My family is ridiculous, they just won't shut up. Those of you who get to play in a generally people free environment are so fortunate. I don't have a router because I really don't need one, but my *** clowns of sisters seem to have to check their e-mail right after I waited for them to check it before. There always like you need to go do something else this is just wasting your time. My mom just never shuts the **** up about having to do something. My dad always flips out and says shut that **** off and go hang with your friends when pretty much all my friends play S3. It seems like everyday I have to shut my ps2 off before I'm ever done with a game or get anything going.

Maybe they yell at your because they care? Obviously you need a router or else you wouldn't complain about your siblings taking up Socom time. Also, it wouldn't hurt to take your mother's advice. Most of the time they are looking out for you. Go raise some hell and she will sit down and pray you play video games.

Mostly its my dad yelling out "Can you help me out with something?" Perfectly fine...until you consider the fact that I asked him if I could help him with anything BEFORE I sat down started playing. And I always say "Are you sure"x4 so annoying....

My mom does what mom's do best nag me when I play...oh well what can you do?

Dude man, I don't play during the week because it distracts me from school. I don't really play a lot except Friday and saturday nights at 12a.m. But they make it seem like I have no friends and my mom just asks me to do something like load the dish washer or pull out the trash like a million stupid little chores in a row. I usually tell my sisters to chill for like 10 minutes till the game is over, but no they really gotta check their e-mail when they no for a fact nothing was sent to them in the past half hour.

well about every 5 minutes my stupid older siblings wanna watch some halfassed tv show that makes absolutely no sense. I even had to effing leave in the middle of a gb war cuz one of those basturds used the handy dandy mother****ing power button

yes. all the time. my dad who is a little on hte mentally retarded side will often be paying bills on sundays when i play. and then ill kill somone and he'll just be like "ALL RIGHT YES DUDE! YOU BOUGHT HIM!!!" and im just like "wow. go back to taking care of your family" and yeah. then when hes done paying bills he'll walk out of hte room like "YOU PLAY TO MUCH OF THAT DAMN GAME! YOU BETTER LIMIT YOURSELF BEFORE I DO!" and im just like "YOU WERE JUST CHEERING ME ON!!!!!!!" and my mom is just like the "will you help me!?!?!?!" and its something simple like turning on hte computer.

My family doesn't bother me. I really don't play it that much, I'm on the computer much more so they really dont care when I do play it, unless I go crazy like all day on a weekend or something.

Dude, just make a habit of playing nekkid, no one will want to come in the room and disturb you, plus I heard it cuts down on lag.
