You are gone for 12-14 hours per day and you don't have the decency to even have a conversation with your wife? Well, I can bet good money that someone's marriage is going to end soon.

My mom usually yells through the wall when i am venting my frustrations after getting owned. But other then that i don't have to many annoyances other then my cats.

There always like you need to go do something else this is just wasting your time. My mom just never shuts the **** up about having to do something. My dad always flips out and says shut that **** off and go hang with your friends when pretty much all my friends play S3. It seems like everyday I have to shut my ps2 off before I'm ever done with a game or get anything going.

I know exactly what u frickin mean. Except that i have a router :). But like others have said my dad always seems to need help with something. My sister is always busting in my room messing with all my crap. Mom is always being mom so she's nagging and nagging and nagging. And then they get all pissed and blame every little misfortune i have on that "damn game". Then they pull the "u play that too much" and the "go out and play with your real friends" and i say "i always play with my real friends, let me play this for a while" and they say "oh u have no friends" when i play outside with friends more than inside on SOCOM.
And then i say up urs and they go and beat me with the whip and my dads "special" baseball bat. LOL j/k. But the paragraph above was all true so u get the point.

Whatever I said in that statement doesn't really mean anything anymore. Still don't have a router and I won't get one, my dad is generally pissed off the first half hour he gets home from work so I don't play then, not many of my friends play socom because they have a 360 now and we're seniors so videos game aren't a priority, If someone in my family asks to use the computer I shut my playstation off because I really don't care anymore (it's just a video game). I might get a little irritated if I'm just rocking in a game but I listen to my family because I will always have another time to play. Kind of funny how you get more mature in such a short amount of time.

Let me just say this. First off, I am a 29 year old married father of 3 little girls. They are my first priority but they do tend to bug me when I play but I never get upset because they are my children and threfore my responsibility.
For all of you kids still living at home with your parent(s), here is my two cents. Be grateful that your parents give a damn what you are doing and that they are teaching you a form of responsibility by having you do chores and things of that nature. There are many kids out there either with no parents or ones that could give a crap less what they are doing. You should feel great that your parents love and care about you enough to be involved in your life and your upbringing. The majority of the world is not like that and that's why everything is going to sh!t. I know it seems annoying but they are doing it for your own good.
The only people who NEVER get bothered while they play video games are truly lonely folks with no friends or family that give a damn. I think I'll take people bugging me over being alone. Just my opinion guys, not trying to flame or judge, just one man's point of view.

Yeah my mom passed away recently and always got agitated when she bugged me about playing Socom too much.
Now that shes gone I miss it. Just little things like that. Dont take it for granite and listen to your parents. You dont always do what they say but pay attention regardless.
