I try to get out of my house as much as possible and then when its late at night and I get home I sign on. Yet a lot of the times I am grounded because of the most studipest reasons in the world. I think its just because my mom cant let go.
Buy a router. Problem solved. Don't need to be a baby.
You must have nobody at your house to bother you. My parents always come up with something stupid for me to do. Something that I could do after I died but nope it's gotta be done "RIGHT NOW" not in a few minutes. My mom thinks I'm going insane when she comes home and hears me talking but nobody else is in the room. Other than that my brother leaves me alone. But when S3 comes on there is always is something to be done.

Mostly its my dad yelling out "Can you help me out with something?" Perfectly fine...until you consider the fact that I asked him if I could help him with anything BEFORE I sat down started playing. And I always say "Are you sure"x4 so annoying....
My mom does what mom's do best nag me when I play...oh well what can you do?
Ya, its always my dad asking me for help when im trying to play. Plus, he has an annoying voice, so that makes it worse.
I like when your playing and trying to call stuff out and someone at your house is trying to talk to you at the same time. I mean how the hell are you going to have two conversations at one time.
yeah thats realy hard to do. When people come over to my house they want to watch tv,talk,hear music. It totally drives me crazy to the verge of cursing all my visitors out.
My family is ridiculous, they just won't shut up. Those of you who get to play in a generally people free environment are so fortunate. I don't have a router because I really don't need one, but my *** clowns of sisters seem to have to check their e-mail right after I waited for them to check it before. There always like you need to go do something else this is just wasting your time. My mom just never shuts the **** up about having to do something. My dad always flips out and says shut that **** off and go hang with your friends when pretty much all my friends play S3. It seems like everyday I have to shut my ps2 off before I'm ever done with a game or get anything going.
Before I got my router it was like that in my house. I could only play on weekends for like 2 hours. but now they just dont want to let me play on weekdays even after I do my HM and other responsibilities. I get 90s on my test and still they don't shut up. would get a guy pissed off is when they pluck the ethernet cord on purpose.
My brother and I both play at the same time at the house so we really don't have anyone to bother us. We use the wireless game adapters, and I play upstairs in my room, while he plays downstairs on the living room. It's a good thing we don't live with elders with all the swearing that gets screamed up an down the stairs.
i didnt play video games too much as a kid, i played baseball and football, so my family never bothered me when i did play games. But it was just so rare. Now, my wife bugs the crap out of me when i play. Its always " get off that stupid game and pay attention to me". Its actually the quote on one of my name's profiles.
Well, my parents are pretty weird. They told me to study for an essay I have to write tomorrow, but we don't know what it's going to be about. I tell them that, and ask them what I could possibly study, they tell me spelling, so I sarcastically say "Sure, let me grab my dictionary and I'll get started..."
No video games until further notice...

Glad to see people really diggin deep into the archives. Situation is still the same, but I don't play a third as much as I use to. I could think about hopping on and my mom with her psychic powers will yell at me before I ever get close to.

I have my own place but the worst is when the phone rings and you get shot.
A close second is when you cant get off the phone and you have to bend your head to cradle it to your ear for like an entire map. Its pretty hard to aim like that!
