Those are good questions...some are stupid, but most of them i think it would be ok to Team Kill .
i know. i gets really annoying when u dont have a ghillie and ur on the Seal team. have u ever seen a terrorist wearing camo? its hard to mistake a seal wearing camo to a terrorist wearing street clothes.
but i would team kill if someone was using the M203 or just took the only car and drove off in it.

If you're in a vehicle and your driver hops out to battle someone and dies, YES
If some tard runs you over at the start while doing the old "drive to my sniping spot real quick" thing and doesnt have a good apology, YES
If someone tks you with a nade and no apology, YES
Those guys who do the infamous "OMG that hit you!?!!" shotgun with sniper thing, YES
If somebody starts a Canadian bashing fest without realizing Spookius is in the room listening, YES
If somebody does a glitch, no matter how small, YES
If somebody hogs the mic to sing or other nonsense, YES
Yes its ok to teamkill if you're in a game with your clan or friends. Our clan s3 team kills all the time and its fun.

You would seriously team kill someone for taking "your" truck? like it belongs to you and no one else is allowed to you it. I don't even use the vehicles and i still think that's stupid.
You want to team kill with your clan and you all do it for fun and everyone is into it, that's fine. TK glitchers, that's fine too, but the rest, no.
I absolutely love, LOVE, seeing idiots glitch, asking them to show me how to do it, and once I pull it off, go "thanks!" TK them, then get back outta the glitch. Also, on the much-too-common occasion that there's a bunch of tards in the room that refuse to vote them simply for glitching, I'll say "yeah but he teamkilled me first" and my clan mates will go "yep, I saw it."
Its ok to team kill its not like anything bad is going to happen to you you will proably just get kicked. but if there is someone yelling in the Mic. ask your team if you could kill him.
is it alright to team kill in the following situations?
1. the round starts and some idiot hops in a vehicle and runs u over No, unless it was intentional or carelessness. Sometimes it 'just' happens.
2. your sniping, not even in a ghille suit and some dude with a m87 and a highscope picks u off. Yes.
3. your running around a corner, hitting cover me because u see a blue dot on ur compass and the guy still pops u when u turn around the bend Yes.
4. some moron comes into your fault game as a seal and pulls out a 203 If the team tells him to put it away, and he does not, yes.
5. u keep getting killed by some dude on ur team (on purpose) and he killed u first but ur team wont vote him out Yes.
6. you run into some1 u hated from socom 1 or 2 and u happin to be standing behind them No. I think I'd TK you if you did it in my room and said it was for that reason.
7. the guy who came into ur room the other day with a 203 and killed half of ur team costing u the game joins ur room, hes playing normally, being on good behavior but ur sure its him. ( My answer Hell Yes) No. I think I'd TK you if you did it in my room and said it was for that reason.
8. you go to hop into the car that u have been driving since the first round and some1 takes it Unless you've been playing a vital part in your team's success with that vehicle, I'd say no. It's not "your" vehicle.
9. your trying to be calm and some punk starts trying to get racial on the mic Yes, without hesitation.
10. your gun fighting a guy 1 on 1 and ur teamate throws a nade on u and the opponents head and says oh i never saw u. No, this happens frequently. You may not have appeared on his radar.
11. the guy who has been begging for a gunner jumps out without warning and u get sniped No, you should pay attention if someone is driving or not.
12. some 12 year old punk with a high pitched voice keeps grabbing the dam mic, holding it all dam day Yes, without hesitation.
