An Idea to try and stop glitching

At least iconoflaziness is stepping up, out of his own way, to try to do something, to halt glitching on Socom. He doesn't have to do this, nor does he get paid to do it, so at least respect him for the effort he is putting into this.

Whether it is working, or will work, is something only time will tell. Until them, either give him positive feedback, or suggestions, don't flame him.

the whole flaiming thing isn't really bothering me, I've obviously struck a few nerves I am willing to bet half of the people doing the flaming are the ones to glitch to begin with....

and i hate glitching period

and if you have glitched in a room where i was i already more than likely have proof of how pathetic you are and so does everyone else who will visit the group, not you the ones that sit and complain here and find every possible rude thing to say in every topic you visit

I personally believe glitching can't be stopped unless the company was to do something about it. I don't think its bad, what Icon is doing, but I don't think it will make much difference.
Play. I somewhat agree with Dustin, just leave. If you can, rally a vote off. Go to another game.
Every once in a while, go screw up GNK rooms .
They need to get some socom police on there to do some banning.

See the whole voting thing is kind of a big factor in what I'm trying to do, if the group can get enough of a base where everyone knows names of who does glitch that person can get instantly voted out of a room just for being labeled as "a glitcher"

if someone gets voted out that many times they will eventually stop or go to another game

nobody is gonna log on just to get voted off

Agreed. But knowing the names of most of the glitchers seems to be a great feat. Wouldn't they be labeld as a glitcher as soon as they glitch.
Again, keep working, any little bit helps. I said it wouldn't do much difference, but I think it is a good process.

nothing will stop glitching trust me.

if more patches come out. all it does is open up a path for more glitchers to find out stuff.

pretty soon socom3 will turn into socom2 again unless something right is done by zipper.

see if zipper wouldnt waste there time with socom combined assult and map packs, they could have fixed the ranks, the glitches, the bugs, and the lag.

yeah i understand glitching and how it works of course

i know the names of some of the main reason why everyone knows glitches

indentifying glitchers in the lobby and simply having the ability to know and get rid of them right away will really lessen the amount of glitching

hell, if everyone who is against glitching gets invovled and does simply that whenever the see a glitcher we wouldn't have to work about glitching

like i said if we all vote glitchers right when the room starts it is only a matter of time

noone will log on just to get voted out

Oh yea. i just realized something...isnt there like 10-15 THOUSAND people on socom? And like maybe a couple hundred people here? If you want this to do anything, you should advertize more or something like that. Create rooms on the game that says the myspace adress. Or go to other websites and tell people.

And im not flaming you, good idea for trying, but sooooo many people glitch that theres no way you can look through a list of names like that. You should get people on video glitching THEN make a list of names to sent to zipper. And if they dont believe you, u got proof from the video..

Who is to say I haven't advertised more? This is jsut another place I am advertising it since i like the group of people on here...

And the whole idea with getting everyone involved is how i will get more pics, and videos I have plenty already, but I can't be in all the rooms at once that's why i need more help, not forty people flaming me
