Verification/ Error Codes/ Router, Mic fixes.

Okay, I did c0mmand3r's microphone fix. My microphone is working fine, but now I have another problem. After playing for a little bit (about five minutes or so) I will get disconnected from Socom 3. When I go to my computer to check what is wrong, I get a Windows System Error.....

"The system has detected an IP address conflict with another system on the network. Network operations on this system may be disrupted as a result. More details are available in the system event log. Consult your network administrator immediately to resolve the conflict."

I'm using a Linksys 4 Port Switch Cable/DSL Router (model #:BEFSR41) and I followed all of c0mmand3r's instructions on getting it to work.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could assist me in correcting this problem. Thank you for your time.

I see allot of explonations in this thread on how too fix your microphone.
I kinda like got my ps2 so i wouldnt get any troubles just power on internet cable in and play.
But now i have the problem too that my mic dont work i dont hear people talk and i cant talk myself. (i can offline )
I tried login my router trough Microsoft Internet Explorer but that doesnt work in anyway.
Only way i can login my router is run > cmd and than typ : telnet 192.168.1.1
But the things u are talkin about in this topic i just cant find in my setups i normaly dont ask too fast just read allot first but im not realy good with this router stuff.
I would appreciate it if somebody would add me on msn MasterJ__@hotmail.com (2x undersquare) and help me out.
I just wanna play only reason i wanted too game on ps2 so i wouldnt have any troubles.
My provider is demon NL so dont now if thats the reason i cant login trough internet explorer

Hey is that fix for server error 2 the same error that comes up on my game that keeps booting me out of rooms it says (Disconected from sever ERROR L2) if not is anyone getting this and do they know how to fix it i ve been reading the online forum and they say there s no fix for this

I have tried running the connection test on socom, but when i do it just says it was successful, no ip or any results show so im still stuck with no mic at the moment since i cant forward it without the ip adress of my ps2, can someone help?

I recently changed e-mails, but I have access for a little longer to my old e-mail. I verified my Socom 3 account with my old e-mail. After purchasing the map pack yesterday, I put in my new e-mail address for the account, and the confirmation e-mail for the purchase went to my old e-mail.

Does anyone know how I can change my registered/verified e-mail address for Socom 3?

i have a netgear wrg614v5 and it works some of the time. But when another user specifically this one person is on me or him cannot talk at all. whoever enters the room first can talk but not the other. He has 2 ps2in his house and has never had an issue with anybody but me. i have had this problem ther times but usually only with him. i dont know his router model but i know he has all his ports open. i have tried dmz, specefic forwarding and all open ports with out positive results any body have a clue? thank you in advance

im not sure if this is the corrrect place to post this but how do u get online in the EU?

I can get online with battlefield and ssx but not socom. Every time i get to the handle and password screen i type something in, type a password and after i agree to the licence agreement it tells me that the handle does not match the password supplied. should i know my handle and password? because i dont. others have said u make it up but i have typed really random stuff for my handle and im still not allowed in so it isnt possible that someone else could have the same handle. could somebody help, ive posted on gamefaqs and it seems nobody has a solution to this problem.
