Verification/ Error Codes/ Router, Mic fixes.

I don't know if it fixed itself or I did something right. Here's what I did do and maybe it will help someone else. I unplugged my modem 30+ minutes, to reset and get different IP address. I did this a couple of times, and would jump in multi game and check it, finally it worked. Good Luck- no headset sux!

Ok i got a Prestige ZYXEL 660hw-61 series Dsl modem + built in 4 port router im new to this model but i cant get my mic to work for nothing it works fine on single player and all other games just not socom 3. i turned off firewall and all of that and still nothing. im not sure how to get to the port forwarding on this one. if anyone knows anything about them or could help itd be greatly appreciated i wanna enjoy the privlegde of using my mic once again!!

Could you please tell me how to go through the verfication process. We hooked it all up and everything seems to be working ok but it isn't asking for a credit card number anywhere can you please help with this? Is there a certain area we need to be in or menu?? Please help

have searched for a couple days now and can't find help for my connection prob.

in order to get online with socom 3, i've had to delete and then add a new setting each and every time i've turned the game on. otherwise, i get disconnected from server after the dnas screen. (every "frickn'" time) for a while, the solution of delet and add worked. then after more research, i thought i'd try deleting the entire socom 3 entries from the memory card. so did that.

now, trying to download the patch again, i get the error (bad patch ) so i try dl ing it again and i can't get past the dnas screen. even with the delete and add thing.

any help whatsoever would be mucho appreciated

ps in case it helps, using a direct connection from my dsl modem to the ps2. sbcyahoo. and connection test always works fine.

Starting on Wed, I have not been able to talk or hear. When I hold the talk button, I can see the check come on but I don't hear a sound, and like I said I can't talk or hear. I don't use a router, and my mic works on every other online game I have. I need to know if anyone can help me with this.

hey dave u probably havent turned ur nat settings on. to do that go to your modems setup page(should say in ur modems manual) and find the link and turn nat settings on.

Hey, anyone ever dealt with a visionet 202 ADSL modem? I just got one and have lost the mic on Socom. My other games work fine, so I know it is a port issue, but I don't have the ip to get into the modem to check the ports.

Hi, I've recently had mic problems like most. I am using CenturyTel DSL, have a netopia modem, and using a netgear switch. I've ruled out the switch, as I've tried direct to modem. However with the modem I can't figure out how to change ports. Anyone who has experience with this dsl or modem please help out. Post here or my email is frankmallon@hotmail.com. Thanks.

SO about vertification..Only credit cards will do and debit cards?? what if you have like a card..but it has a limit or is a kids one?..just wondering./.
