Preview to Vid... (read disclaimer inside...)

This is a short preview of my video.

Disclaimer:
I used WMM to edit and capture the film. The kills are not top-notch, the filming was doen in one night, hence why I made it the preview, not the actual thing. The S-Video Cable got messed up, so I had to use the composite, which meant I couldnt see through the TV screen, so I was playing the game through the capture screen on the computer, which isn't so easy.
Thats what it looks like. You do not have to watch this. Plesae be a little kind, this is my first any kind of attempt at making a video. Its just to show what I have, and I am looking for tips. Obviously better kills would be a tip. I know that. But does it look ok? And effects and stuff? Just any help to make the final one better would be appreciated. Its about 2 mins long, including the long credits. You do not have to watch it, but those who do, thank you. =]

Putfile Here

Also...
The dazzle stopped recording properly at one point... And that was the game i did best in, that absolutly sucked when i wient through my footage to find the great kills i had, and they werent there.

Not too bad for a first try. You over used the slow motion though.

There's a 30-day trial of Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 on download.com, which is what I used in my first digicam video. I liked it A LOT more than WMM, especially when trying to edit kills to go exactly with the music, which is very difficult and sometimes near impossible to do with WMM (unless I'm missing something).

It takes a while to figure out how everything works, but it's worth it in the end IMO.

Yeah... i'd rather not waste my thirty day trial when im bad at making vids... When i get better into it, i will probably invest in some other program.

not bad for a start,

#1 You should try to cut down on slow mo, only use it on clip that truely desearves it

#2 i wouldnt mess with vegas untill you have mastered WMM, iv used WMM on my last 5 vids and you will be surprized at how much you can do, but vegas blows it out of the water. It is MUCH more complicated and also gives you thousands of new things you can do, not a bad start tho, keep it up, then get vegas and you will be amazed and confused hahahaha...

peace

Yeah... Slo-mo was a bit overused.... But i thought it was necassary on those last kills where it was me vrs. 2. Especiall the one at Echelon, when im just running, then theres no lines of bullets on either side of my, and i take cover, turn and blast em. I was so glad i got that on film. I found it cool.
