Editing program?

So I'm hoping to get a laptop for my birthday in a couple days. So I'll finally be able to record. What video editing program comes with Dazzle 90?

WMM is way better than pinnacle 9. you should get on someones good side and have them send you vegas if you want to use a good editing program.

So Vegas is the best way to go? I've used WMM, but it's just such low quality. I don't know, I'm sure I'll figure it out.

Capture w/ a good capture device. Use an S-Video cable for capture for BEST picture quality.

If possible, when capturing, use a Huffyuv codec in order to preserve quality.

If using Vegas, when you are finished editing your video file, render as an AVI w/ the same Huffyuv codec, and then use WMM in order to make the file size smaller.

The thing about this is that in my experiences, using WMM results in a smaller file, w/ LITTLE to no loss in quality.

WMM has low quality when the file that your using has bad quality, thta's why you use vegas to save as a LARGE avi file w/ beautiful quality, and use WMM to save as a smaller file w/ the same good qulaity.

Publicly, I don't think anyone here can say "I'll send you Vegas!"..... But hey, you never know....

I make a lot of posts (Graff, that previous post I made was on topic, in case you were trying to say otherwise.) saying "I think this isn't to be said", or "I don't think we should type shyte like this", because I THINK that if people talk about warez/pirated things, and how to get them online, you can ge tthe site you talk about them on shut down.... I don't want that, so that's why I voice my opinion when people say things even rometly close to it.

Maybe just mentioning it isn't a CRIME.... But I'm just a precaution-prone S.O.B, I guess.

Or you can just learn to render in Vegas and render it out as .wmv and get roughly the same file size without having to go through all the trouble.
