okay, where it shows you the amount of free space you have on ur hard drive, there are two like arrows on each side. If you hit the left arrow, it will extend the left side, and you will have the option of using s-video or composite. just hit the little ball on s-video to record with it. I have pinnacle, once I delete the video, it doesn't seem to give me back the amount of space i had before, so i usually use wmm. but yeah, that's how you do it.
