i used pinnacle studios 9 to make my video.. everywhere i try to upload it it says Wrong filetype. evey site suggests to convert it to a Window media player file.. i dont know how to do this sadly.. what do i need to do?

there is no special effects like a flash that i want. and theres no good title animation.
