I bought map pack 2 and logged on last night to play. I found a room playing Desert Glory and Blood Lake as extraction (the original way they were played in S2). I forgot how much fun and how challanging it is to play those maps that way. The CA maps are too big to play as extraction because if you missed the hostages being grabbed by the other team you are too far away to ever catch up. But those Socom 2 maps were a blast. Now I know why a lot of you have been going back and playing Socom 2. If we had all of the S2 maps in an updated version I would be thrilled.
they are thinking of having every map from all socoms in the new socom. i hope because im tired of playing these same maps over and over. we need more variety like counter strike.
