I don't even know what to say any more about updates, map packs, Dev-Gru, noobs....
Unless Zipper is closing it's doors, they're underestimating how pissed off people are about the totally slack performance on their part. I started playing Socom 2 years back and used to have so much fun playing and talking junk with my buddies. Now, I log on and if I can find a game with no cheating I find myself thinking about all the empty promises about updates, map packs, information, homo-eroticism.......wait. Scratch that last one. Anywho, you get the picture. Maybe someone can at least respond with a rumor about how the map pack is coming out "soon." That would be funny. Thanks for reading.

Well, I am one who thinks socom has taken a turn for the better. If you don't like it, thats why they have other games.

So are you trying to say that taking over a year to remake and test out 4 maps is taking a turn for the better?

I have played alot of games over my life span and I have never seen a game change so much the way socom did. If your personal prospective is that you like it thats fine, but they did a huge change from socom 2 to socom 3. I bet if you took some random kid into a room and had the two games going I bet that kid wouldn't belive they were the same game (as in socom). If any one can think of a game that had that huge of a change please post it cause I cant think of any. Rustier I dont know you well but Im guessing you didn't like socom 2 that much?

I believe that is what I said, yes. I love Combined Assault and think that the bigger maps are better and the series is only going to get better when Confrontation comes out with Slant Six.

I just hate people who complain, just find another game that fits your needs as a gamer better.

Every game has something worthy of complaining about.

The bigger maps are just a waste of 5 minutes. Taking 3 minutes to just run, and not take a shot, only to be killed by someone that never left the spawn seems like a turn for the worst.

If Socom was really taking a turn for the better, there'd be more than a few thousand on every night.

I didn't mention anyone about CA and big maps. I'm talking map pack #2 here..which is what this thread is about.
