i bought a ps3 the other day and tried to play sca on it. i downloaded everything(patch) and got on no problem. but only after about 2 minutes i was stilll looking for a room i disconnected it. now when i try to login it says login failure. i hooked my ps2 back up. tried to sing in. worked for 2 minutes, got disconnected and once again cant login. i tried going to socom3.scea.com and i couldnt login in there either only wiht my old name i could login. but even with my old name i cant login into the game either. what happened?
this happened to me. i havent played socom since the launch of the 360, but a couple weeks ago my brother says to go buy combined assault and play with him and his clan. so i pulled my ps2 out of the closet and bought the game. when i logged on the first time i was online for like a minute and then got booted. every time afterwards it said login failure. i looked around the net and the only answer i found was to either wait like 2 months or buy another copy. so i went to gamestop and got another one for like 15 bucks and its worked fine ever since.
Ya, I used to rank up on socom and that would happen alot so I had about 40 copies of socoms and 22 ps2's, Also some maps would freeze... Mostly sujo all you need is a new disk and you will be set or try cleaning yours off.
