The two opponents will decide that together. And no we wont have refs, but if something is out of hand invite me into a room and ill see, lets just play fair in this. And keep it going guys we need only 7 more people! I have already started drawing names at random from pieces of paper, don't start any matches until the tournament is fully set, thanks! I'll announce dates as soon as 16 people have joined, rounds will last 3 days so it ensures enough time for people to play each other. Here's a list of things you would decide about with your opponent.(ALL SMALL MAPS)
1. Explosives(RPG's M203's Claymores Mines Airbursts GL's)
2. Time of Day (Day or Night)
3. Ghillie Suits (Yes or No)
4. Round Timer(4,5,or 6 minutes)
5. Ranked Room (Yes or No)
6. Maps (Each person chooses one map and what side they want to be, then they both decide on a tiebreaker map)
