I am sSetting up a unique game tonite 3/23/06

I will be setting up a game tonite that will involve a lot of skill and patience.

We will try to make it a real combat simulation, a lot of sneaking around, and planning.

The rounds will last the maximum time alowed ~30min?

We will play only large maps suppression and large breach maps.

I want to have a game where you actually have to use some sort of strategy to beat the other team and you dont have to worry about time. In the breach missions, the terrorists will not be allowed to jump over the breach prior to the seals blowing them.

The game will be up in the highest US-east room at 8:00pm central and it will be called RAMZAK

No password.

Does any one think this will be fun, and please include any ideas you may have?

Be sure to have single round games. I doubt that many people will show because nobody on Earth is willing to risk being dead for half an hour. You can always watch TV while you're dead, but you log on Socom to play it, not watch TV.

Yea i like the idea of using strategy on the breaches and working around the enemy to win but like Radioactiveman said, i'm not waiting 30 mins for the next round if i'm the first to die. Also, 30 mins is a long time, in that time, i'd probably run around the whole map 37 times lol. But yea it just sounds like alot of camping, escpecially for the defending team. But good idea, if i dont have a war tonight, i might go check it out.

I dont think anyone will wait. You might possibly get enough people to start a game, but once a person dies, they will leave the room. I know I would, but iwould never join a room with 30 minute rounds with no respawn enable. And you cant enable respawn, sincethat would ruin the whole concept of the game correct? Im not sure if your going to get enough people for this.....

the round will surely end before the time runs out. I've always wanted to play a game where everyone split up into like teams of four like the military does it and one guy gets a machine gun, one guy is designated marksman; like a real military team. I would say another guy get an m16/m203, but everyone hates m203s

The internet SUX at my house sometimes. I couldn't get on last night.

I WILL be on tonight and I WILL make the room, I dont care if I have to go hook it up at my friends house, it will happen.
