$500 tourney coming soon
Thats right a 500 dollar tourney.One of my clan members got sponsored my sony and is being hosted very soon.The details are beeing disscussed and voted on.The tourney may be a singles,dubs,squads or clan.Sign up and vote.
If you'd like to be a member of the tourney and have a chance to win 500 sign up and all your teammates have to sign-up.

How do you figure nobody wants $500? If it's a clan thing, that's like $70 each. Not that much realy. Plus, it would be so much work to get a whole clan to sign up.

just out of curiousity, in the singles, what is to prevent one person from camping the entire time? Im assuming if its singles that it would be small maps, and thus, no objective other than suppresion. Will it just be a ghillie camp fest or is there a way to counter this?

Nothing will prevent it. Hell, I know my clan camped in almost ever gb match we were in in socom II. Wins galore.

I've always been curious if Socom has been a big tourney game? I know the standards are Super Smash Bro Melee > Gamcube, Halo > Xbox, Counterstrike > PC. I always figured it was Socom > PS2, but socom is sooo stealth oriented, I don't know if you have seen any of these tourneys, but they are lined up in a row, so if you die, you can call out campers, or rushers, it makes silencers useless, and kills "socom". What do you think?

The poll is up on the forums now,it will be ethier a dubs or 5man squad.
The winnings would be spilt equaly.
This is a free tourney and anyone may enter.This is free only to advertise the ladder site and its a pretty good deal.
