It's a close call, but I would say HALO. I have been playing for a week and I love it. The lag is always minimum for me and it's a lot of fun with friends like Otter said. I vote HALO.
With the release of Halo 3, I am still going with SOCOM on this one. I have never been impressed with any of the Halo games...they feel too much like Goldeneye knock-offs to me. Well, Perfect Dark knock-offs anyways.
