Well after telling the operating what to do, and struggling through explaining my problem nothing has been figured out. I had to explain to her that the main page at
http://socom3.scea.com only displays input text boxes for USERNAME and PASSWORD, in which I had to login in order to change my password ( i dont remember what my secret question and answer is). She seemed like she was drawn to the fact that you have to create a new account for Combined Assault, even though I played on Combined Assault without having to do that (I simply logged in with the same account name and password that had for Socom3)
My friend logged on to socom3.scea and I am no longer on his friends list, however, my mailbox is still activated yet can not receive mail due to the fact that it is full.
I guess I am just going to have to create a new account name without having any explanation as to what happened to my account.
The real question thus becomes...Where the **** does Sony higher these operators from? I am guessing they barely graduated highschool because most of the time it seemed like they were looking at solutions found on the computer screen or something. I had to answer questions like "Maybe your internet connection is down, Maybe you made a typo in your name" - Although I do understand that most people are stupid and may make those mistakes, I, however, have no patience for such below average assistance.
I don't care that I have to create a new account , I just find it backwards that somehow I logged on to the socom universe and account name for 5 minutes got disconnected and couldn't even log back on to my account name.
