Help with Mission 3

I am unable to equip the C4 at the start of the mission. It shows "Locked".

How do I unlock it?

If it is locked that means you need it for the mission and they lock it so you can't change it. You can equip yourself with anything that you want and if you NEED something to complete the mission the game will equip it for you.

Ok, the walkthroughs I've read all say to destroy the rocket launchers with C4. I don't have C4, can't equip C4, can't find C4 and of course can't USE C4. I've had replies ranging from it's already in my inventory (it isn't) to the game gives it to you (it does't).

Have you walked up to a lancher yet? If so, you should see the icon to plant the C4. Just hit the button, and it should plant it.

That's the problem. I don't have any C4 to plant. Or will it (C4) appear at the icon on the launcher?

You can walk up to the laucher and it will say "Plant C4" then you hit X and it will plant it. If it doesn't work try getting one of your teammates to do it.


Edit: I think I know what your talking about now! I had the same problem with that too. If the C4 doesn't work out find a terr. truck and bring it back to the laucher and shoo the **** out of it and it will blow up. Thats how I did it.

I think you may be standing in the wrong place for to plant the C4...You have to be STANDING in front of the control panel in order to plant it. If you do it anywhere else the icon doesnt show up

And cool tip, about blowing up a truck, to blow up the lancher!

Get a truck and blow up the laucher with the truck turret. If you blow up the truck then it is not going to be much use to you.

Ah, I see. Shoot the heck out of it, with the mounted .50. I thought the truck blowing up, would trigger the lancher to blow up.LOL
