If it's any consolation for you European players, you're not really missing anything. The new maps bombed over here. Nobody really plays them as far as I know. I mean seriously, when was the last time anyone played a game with the new maps? The only time I played the new maps was during the two week trial period, and I only played them once or twice a piece. I wasn't impressed.

I didn't actually ever buy the maps, just played them religously for a week and forgot about them. After Hours was REALLY good, but theothers were just ok.
And to answer your question, NA > EU :)

I liked The maps, but like you I never bought them. Not worth the money.

The games are essentially teh same, irs just that the PAL version spans many countries and many languages... the new maps would not take much changing if any at all... CA shouldn't take much either as the language structure is already in place
its just plain stupid of zipper to put such massive delays between the US and Europe, because other games come out in between... BF"MC for example, stole hundreds of socomers who were bored with S2 and didn;t like the idea of the yanks having a brand new game while we didn't

Agree with you,i think it all boils down to money. The US market is probably 10 times more lucrative than the European,

Ok, you can stop posting here now. We got the point along time ago, I can't even remeber how long ago I posted this, way over 6 months. I dont care about map packs or anything to do with it now because I dont play Socom anymore.
