Studio 10 is Pinnacle..just try recording with different programs, different settings, to see which turns out the best.

Just try each, and use different settings for each. Experiment with it, and see which setting has better quality.

And you're capture card quality isn't everything, it also depends on how you compress your video. Since we're dealing with Socom, you would want a high bitrate to compress, I'd say 1000kbps or higher.

Look here, no body wants crappy quality, that's why you should TRY ALL OF THE RECORDING PROGRAMS THAT YOU HAVE, TO SEE WHICH ONE HAS THE BEST QUALITY, AND USE THAT ONE.

Like I said..it depends on what program you use to capture, and what you use to compress the video.

2 people can have the same capture device, both use Pinnacle Studio to capture, and 1 can have good quality and the other can have bad quality. Why? Because of the compression..
Flip it around, they can compress into the same format, same bitrate, but the 2 qualities are different..because of different programs used to capture.

Your best bet, before making any videos released to the public, is to just capture, compress, and try different settings on each video until you find something that has good quality. Then, just remember those settings for future references.
