difference between the grenade launchers?

what is the difference betweent the GL-36 launcher and the M203?

Also..what is the difference between the HIGH EXPLOSIVE (HE) grenade and the FRAG GRENADE..

I mean is one suppose to be better than the other or something?

HE is a high explosive with a limited radius. It is best used indoors. It detonates quickly killing all in it's blast radius. The M67 has a higher blast radius and explodes "slower". It will reach out and touch everyone, but may not kill everyone.

HE grenades explode vertically and have a smaller radius. They are best used for taking out mines or for taking out people who are up a set of stairs from you.

Frag grenades explode horizontal and are best used for taking out people in a flat area. The radius for these is larger, but the force decreases as it expands. (Will knock people over but not kill them)

Now as far as the GL-36 and the M203 are concerned, I don't have a definitive answer but I'll explain it as it appears to me.

GL-36 travel faster but go a shorter distance. They also seem to have a smaller blast radius.

M203s will travel further but slower meaning you'll have to lead your target more. Your aim can also be off by a bit more and you should still get the kill.

I hope this helps you out in some way.

Gl36 is an Air Burst and thats all it does is air explosives. The 203 is a frag grenade and explodes with shrapnell and is deffinately slower than the Air Burst.

The M203 and the Gl-36 are basically the same thing. The M203 was developed to be used with the M16 and M4 family of rifles, and the GL-36 was made to be used with the Kalashnikov family of rifles. Same basic principle.
