On some of the locked ones, you have to beat the singler player game. A couple, you need to have a PSP(or whatever the handheld Sony game is), and beat that game. Then you can load the results into your Playstation 2, and have those people.

This is not the same as rank. The ghillie suit needs to be unlocked by beating the game offline. The 3rd choice (usually) needs to be unlocked playing the PSP Socom game.

how can i copy someones memory card? wouldnt i have to copy their whole user profile? how do i gett their stuff on my account?
Hit eject when you start up your ps2 go to the little screen where you pick the memory cards or CD in the beginning.... Put your memory card in and your friend's in the other slot. Go to his memory card and just hit Copy and make it go to your memory card.
