Grenade Tip

When trying to hit a enemy with a grenade I have found it very helpful to throw it short because Grenades in Socom 3 have a good bounce to them. I have thrown grenades on people sometimes but the bounce carries the grenade away from them.

i really hate how the nade meter has changed. thats one thing i miss from socom2

yea i hear ya on that one. I try to throw them short also because when i try to throw them at a long range, alot of the time they'll burst in mid air. Also if i have enough time to...i'll throw one long and one short, sorta of trapping the guy between the two, so its like an almost certain kill.

Yeah , most of the time I try waiting until I get my enemy in the right spot where a grenade pins him somewhere and he has to just take the death.

For some reason I never feel the need for grenades so I never use them

I love a good grenade kill. Always have, always will. I like to throw it just enough so that the bounce carries it right under my target.

I've got it down so well that I can count from 3 to 1 and when I say 1, all you see is "Silent_Sniper. fragged _____________ with HE" It's so much fun.

If someone is camping its good to throw it against the wall so it bounces to themm..

Or in the proximity of the enemy specially with a HE.

my gernades never go where the meter is. i was doing a supression medley the other night on citadel and me and my last teamate where in a room and the door opend so the last terr was there so I throw a gernade and the meter was through the door so was the arch, and then my guy throws it right at the roof and it falls down and explodes almost killing me and my teammate.

I always end up getting shot or moving and thowing my gernade off somewhere i dont want it to be thrown. I want s2's gernades because we should have 3 again because bigger maps!!! hmmmm :?
