does anyone know how to turn a video (of some format it doesnt really matter) into a .Gif so it can be used as a signature on the web. Or know how to host a video onto the web??

this really isnt the place to post it, but filefront.com is an excellent hosting service for saving files, uploading files and dealing wiht files over 50MB. putfile.com is good for just viewing and uploading files under 50 megs.

and for a video becomeing a signature, just press printscreen, and paste it into a photo editor (photoshop, paint shop pro, even paint) and erase everything but the video. then save it as a gif.

::EDIT:: oh yeah imageshack.us or photobucket.com are good sites to host a PICTURE

::EDIT:: oh, now i see what you mean. no, i have no idea how to use short video clips in the sig or avatar.
