What i did was go to the turrets shot every one in the water than the ones coming downstairs ( that way if they throw grenades you have more time to react) set fireteam to fire at willl. in the middle of the brewery set bravo to hold position.. and then you and jester wait behind the tanks where that *** that ur supposed to kill try's to blow the place up. ( make sure you and jester have shotguns bye then.

No way you can take a shotgun since you won't be able to even reach the end of the level with the shotty. Its not hard at all, take mines and place them behind tanker where the leader tries to sneak to. He blows up and you win. Thats how I beat it every time.
use m16+high schope...when they say they are launching attack, run out past the turret, zoom in, snipe em one by one, run back, do the same, over and over, then when u go in, position bravo at the backdoor, and just chill in the inside, use mines if u want, i didnt need to on any difficulty, just be ready when they say storming in from roof
after you do the running back and forth i set bravo in the middle of the room on the bottom for and me and jester got in the corner and i had him cover the one door while i watched behind the canisters for the last guy
ok jsut put the two bravo guys in the middle.. set them for cover target.. have jester also covering target. then hide behind tanks wait for the dude to come in and blast him.
Yeah I did what it looks like a lot of people did.....
Put Bravo by the big opening overlooking the watery street but then I have Jester on in the middle of the 1st floor holding position, shooting whatever comes around....
Meanwhile I kind of just run around the inside of the brewery picking off anyone that is around.
But for the first part, I pick off the people from windows and roof while Bravo is holding position inside, that is until HQ says to get inside and terrorists start to pour in there.
Also I was pretty surprised when starting the level over (like my 3rd/4th times) I was making my second round in the boat (1st part of the mission) and BOOM, my whole team while in the boat get smoked by an RPG.
I was just kind of amazed after my earlier attempts none of the explosions were even close.
my way put bravo covering the door, able overwatch the roof. m-16 with high scope. kill most of the guys from the side doorway then when youre clost to the end go to the right side of the big doorway there is a little wall extention on the right stand there which you will be right infront of the little path where the doctor will try to get behind the tanks and just open up on them. worked every time i did it
