Jump-sniping is by far easier...especially with high look speeds. You have so much longer to shoot while in mid air...AND you're moving. If you index..or thumbdex, or whatever people call it now...you're standing still, and .'. have less time to shoot, not to mention half the time your gun never shoots...
Just practice =\...vision where they will land, and zoom in quickly and pwn them. Don't zoom directly on them, because your gun won't shoot, zoom a little to the side and just move xhairs over quick and shoot. If you have high look speeds...just run around in crouch. If you have low (I have 55-100) then run in crouch for long range...but if someone comes close range then just stand and you can pwn em.
If some kid keeps trying to jumpsnipe you by hopping like an idiotic kangaroo, then damn, just strafe really fast and zoom in where he lands and bam. You get called a crouch sniper, but that's only because they're terrible at the game/never played s2/make up excuses/think only jumpsniping is "qsing"/think you're ACTUALLY just plopping your *** down and crouch sniping. I hate all these kids, that's partly why I 'quit', because they're so damn ignorant, 9 months into the game they finally learn how to qs and think they're the **** running EAST RANKED 20 by hopping around and killing a bunch of scrubs.
