Northern Africa Area of Operation Missions

Northern Africa Area of Operations
MISSION 1 - DEEPSTRIKE
Hop into your ALSV and drive towards the CHARLIE. You will come across two technicals, but if all goes according to plan your gunners will take them out. Circle around them a few times to allow ample time for your gunners to destroy both technicals. Once the secon technical is down, you will recieve a secondary objective completion. Keep driving towards CHARLIE on your screen until you come across the big mountain in which you will meet your Resistance Fighter Allies atop of.

You will get a cutscene, after which you will have a few new objectives in place. Head back to your vehicles and now drive towards DELTA. Once at DELTA park your vehicles on the side of the road behind all the rocks. Hop out and jump on top of one of the rocks nearbye with a good view of the road to the east. One technical will appear on the road closely followed by two Ural trucks. I used my weapons to kill the technical driver, then to stop the Ural trucks and force them to unload their men. You can use this method or you can pull one of your ALSVs next to the road and fire it towards the trucks.

About 6 men per Ural truck will get out and start a fire fight with you. Have your fireteam on fire at will and either keep on the turret or confront the men with full force. Use distance to your advantage as always, because their weapons cannot reach as far as yours. Once the onslaught is completed you will receive an objective completion.

*BONUS* Now command alerts you that there were a few vehicles that the Resistance fighters could not hold off from reaching your position. Plant your ALSV in the dead center of the road and fire at the oncoming ural truck. Destroy it to get a bonus objective completed, and get a new nav point, ECHO, on your map.

Drive towards ECHO with your ALSVs. The road is clear up until you you hear Jester advise you to park your vehicles here. Unload on the right hand side of the road against the cliffside near the lake straight ahead of you.

Keep Bravo behind and head into the lake. Swim over to the compound and get out of the water into the bushes nearby. Eliminate the two patrols. Follow the wall around to the right and to the rear of the compound. Hop over onto the destroyed wall and pick off the three patrols you see directly inside. Hop down off the wall and go prone to finish off the last of the visible guards within the compound. Proceed with caution to the north of the compound and go silently inside the building. Around the corner you will find the Radio. Note that you cannot complete this secondary objective if you alerted the guards, so use an SD and extreme caution.

Continue through the compound and have your fireteam fire at will eliminating the remaining guards and patrols. Objective completed, and now just the Radio Tower remains. Head outside and meet up with Bravo and take the vehicles to INDIA which just came up on your screen. Either have your fireteam Fire at will or take the turret on your ALSV and kill all the enemies in the area. JULIET will now appear farther down the road. Keep heading towards it, and you will come to a road that leads up a mountain side. Leaving your vehicles behind, because there is a barricade, head up the road.

You will see a small path leading off the road to the right. Take this path, as by command's idea, to avoid the main guards at the tower. You will get to the top and be met by the fenced in radio tower complex. Follow the gate around to an opening and let the destruction commence. Head inside and to the left along the building. A guy will be waiting for you near the wall so be ready to eliminate him. Keep fireteam on fire at will and proceed around the back of the building and keep picking off any enemies you see. There aren't that many, but be cautious either way.

*CROSSTALK* Once you cleared the way, plant the C4 and back away (quickly). The desctruction of the Tower earns you a primary objective completed as well as a cross talk objective completed.

*NOTE* The new bomb system is pretty sweet, but leaves you little time to get away from the explosion area. Make sure to run away fast each time you plant a satchel or C4 from now on in Single Player. Some missions, like this one, expload when you are a distance away, but beware none the less.

After you blow up the Radio Tower, proceed back down the road to your vehicles. You will see a technical at the foot of the road, so take it out quickly. Get back to the vehicles and load up proceeding to ROMEO, then around to VICTOR, and finally reaching WHISKEY. Here you will be engaged by 1 truck and 4 or 5 enemies. Let your gunner take them out and proceed down the road to XRAY. Head to the tent pitched ahead with a lot of carpets (Haha) and complete the mission with a cutscene. This is the Resistance Leader and you will be working closely with him for the next 5 missions.



MISSION 2 - ESCALATION
As soon as you are dropped, proceed down the road. Immediatley put Fireteam on Fire at will. There will be two enemies on the rocks just around the first curve to the left along the road at ALPHA. Take them out and head over the rock they were firing from. When you get a certain distance out you will hit your BRAVO checkpoint. At this point you will see a cutscene of one of the American Little Bird Helicopters being shot down. A new objective appears at CHARLIE to rescue the downed pilot from the wrecakge.

As soon as the mission is displayed you will have very little time to get to him. Two NAPF soldiers will be coming from the river to your right, as well as three NAPF soldiers from the left behind the rocks farther down the road. Kill the two soldiers running out of the river and up the hill that you see on your right. As you are running up the hill take out the other two soldiers in the area and meet up with the downed pilot at CHARLIE. He will automatically start following you, so do not worry about having to order him to. Head back to your DELTA nav point with the pilot trailing closely behind to complete your secondary objective.

Continue with your fireteam up the hill and Jester will alert you of the enemy turret across the canyon on your right hand side to the NorthEast. Get to a good vantage point a top the rock ahead of you and go prone. Quickly take out the first soldier who positioned himself on the turret, then the second soldier standing right beside him. If you do not take them out fast enough your fireteam may sustain minor damage, but damage none the less.

Command will now alert you of NAPF reinforcements in the area. Continue up the road heading Northward and you will see in the distance an enemy tank crossing the bridge at ECHO. Position you and your fireteam behind the rocks closest to the tank. Take out your designator and head to the left side of the rocks you are behind. If you position yourself just right the tank will not fire on you, and you will be able to "paint the target."

*NOTE* Painting the target is a term used by command. It means to hold the designator over the target within range and press fire. You will see a countdown on the crosshairs if you are painting the target properly.

Once the tank is destroyed you will start to see more NAPF soldiers appear out of the wreckage. Two rush towards your position immediatley following the airstrike, so be sure to watch the bridge and pick them off from a distance if possible. Two more NAPF soldiers will stand back nearby the wreckage of the tank or on the bridge itself. Be cautious not to get in range of a second enemy turret on the hills to the North while you eliminate the two remaining NAPF soldiers. Once the threats nearby you are gone, prone and zoom in on the second turret and take out the gunner with a well placed headshot. Take your time and make sure it hits, otherwise it will be a pretty long firefight. A second NAPF soldier is with him same as the first turret. Wait for him to run along side his downed comrade and put one through his eyes as well.

Now that the area around ECHO is clear, you can complete your second primary objective. Plant your satchel on the center of the bridge and run up the road to the West with your fire team. Once the bridge is destroyed, keep heading West along the road until you come to a wall. Follow the wall along to the left and around the corner to the right. You will get a message about Resistance fighters being pinned down in the area. There are a total of 6 NAPF soldiers to eliminate in this area.

Take a vantage point on a nearby hill overlooking FOXTROT and get to work. For the most part the NAPF soldiers will be focused on the Resistance fighters gving you a chance to take them out one by one without return fire. Clearing all threats at the main gate earns you one more primary objective completed and one step closer to beating the mission. Once the area is cleared around FOXTROT head to the main gates of the Supply Depot compound.

Once you enter you will see some dead civilians in the road and get a message about the NAPF ruthlessly slaughtering the town. Proceed under the archway and beware of two NAPF soldiers here. Once you take them out head under the Archway and get behind some of the debri you see in this courtyard. There are two NAPF soldiers stationed ahead, both can be eliminated rather easily and without any problems. Peak around the debri you are taking cover behind and eliminate them from a distance. Head into the courtyard and to your right as you get on the steps you will see another soldier at the end of the street. Take him out and proceed down the alley. On your right you will see a stairwell heading down. Kill the NAPF soldier at the top of the stairs as well as the soldier at the foot of the stairs.

Continue down the steps and keep walking along the path to another archway. Hold here, and peak around the corner to kill the guards in the approaching courtyard. Stick to the left hand side as you proceed down the alley. When you get to some boxes on your left you will see an NAPF soldier behind them. Ambush him or throw a grenade behind the boxes to take him out.

*CROSSTALK* Keep heading north down the alley. When you reach the corner you will see two NAPF guards with your third person camera. So take cover behind a few barrels on the left and peak around them to eliminate the guards. Be careful of the friendlies they are holding captive in the area. Head back the way you came and and take the road heading off to the east this time. Be cautious once again as you turn off to the left hand alleyway. There is a guard right as you enter this alleyway, so be careful and take him out. Follow the alleyway around and to the left. Another NAPF guard stands watch at the end of this road. Kill him and head towards the end of the alley by his body. Go down the steps here and eliminate the two guards you will see, freeing the last two friendlies in the area.

Proceed down the steps in this area and kill the final NAPF guard before the big showdown. JULIET will have showed up on your map by now, so head towards that nav point. You will reach a metal gate where you will be brought to a cutscene. Beware of this area, as it is pretty difficult to mulitask, but you need to. First of all, get your fire team on fire at will if they weren't already on it. Proceed into the area, and immediatley go prone once the turret is in your sights on your right. Take out the gunner, and the guard next to him. Stand up and kill the two approaching guards to your left next to the boxes. Head around to the right and behind the boxes to see the final guard in this area. If he hasn't surrendered after the battle kill him.

The big building in this area is the depot, if you haven't already figured that one out. Head into the front entrence and kill the guard here on the ground floor right as you enter. There is one more guard on the ground floor past the steps right as you enter the building. Move to where the first guard was and take him out from across the room. Now that the bottom floor is secured go backwards up the steps. As you gain height on the steps you will see one guard in the doorway across the room on the top floor. Kill him to clear the warehouse of enemies.

*BONUS* Keep going up the steps and into the room where you just killed the final guard. You should see a brown table in the room with a few chairs around it. The black papers apart from the rest of the mess on the table is the Delivery Ledger 1.

*CROSSTALK* Go back downstairs into the South most room which holds two crates and a Troop Manifest a top one of the crates.

*CROSSTALK* Exit the warehouse and run around to the garage. Inside you should see two brown surfaces with one pile of green papers a top the surfaces. Pick these up to recieve the Delivery Ledger 2.

Once you have obtained all the information from the area, go back to the warehouse and plant your satchel in the center of the room next to the stairwell. Remove you and your team from the building and wait for the big BOOM which signifies both primary objective & mission complete!



MISSION 3 – RIPOSTE’S PRIMER
Tell Bravo to Hold Position and take Jester North with you towards CHARLIE. Keep on the right side of the road along side the mountains. Once the road starts to go up the hill you will spot two NAPF soldiers. Do not act just yet. Continue cautiously up the hill and keeping the right along the mountain you will find yourself next to a rock with a perfect view of the guard shack just ahead. Wait at this position until you see a third guard approach. Wait for him to pass, and the second gate guard to walk south down the road then take out the remaining guard at the gate with a headshot. Quickly move closer to the road and take out the guard that moved south. Proceed to the brown guard shack and wait on the south side of it for the third guard to once again approach. Once he is within range take him out. This guard will sound the alarm if he spots you, so keep a distance and cap him with a headshot, or quickly rush him and kill him.

After the alarm guard is down head towards the shack and CHARLIE and head inside the bigger green shack to the east of the guard shack. Destroy the radio inside and once again head outside. DELTA should now be up and you will need to head to that point.

Again, stick to the right of the canyon and you will come up on some rocks and have the fenced in Silo Base in your view. Jester will comment about it being the Base. This is your signal to hurry up with clearing the base. There are two ways to do this part. You can rush in and literally kill everyone, or you can do it th tactical way. As rushing in requires no immediate guide, I will write this part for the tactical way. There will be 3 guards at the entrence area. One will be outside the gates, the other two directly inside the gates near the entrence to the base. You need to sneak up from your spot behind the rocks and kill the guard outside. Get a headshot, but remember you are doing this part as fast and swiftly as you can manage to. Once you have killed him, target the other two guards from his position and kill them with preferably headshots as well.

Quickly move into the base and around the left side. Kill the guard you see behind the building here. There will now be one guard on top of the water tower, and three guards surrounding the SCUD launcher. My personal preference is two eliminate the three near the launcher to reduce the chance of a rocket going off. Once you have cleared the three next to the launcher, look up and kill the guard on the roof. You are not out of trouble yet. There are two more NAPF guards on the other side of the base. Head over to the opposite end of the base and eliminate them. Once the base is clear, plant a C4 on the Launcher and get out of there. You will have 4 seconds from time of plant to move away from the launcher.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* Do not let the missile get launched from Base 1. If you prevent any missiles from being launched during the course of this mission you will recieve a bonus objective and crosstalk objective completion. Be swift and fast, and try to stick to the guide as best you can. Some improvisation may be in order if you are getting sluggish.

After you set off the explosives, command will commend you on a job well done for the first of the launchers, then request you check the missile case next to the destroyed launcher to see what type of missiles they are using. Once you check the case, you will recieve a secondary objective completion and will be allowed to continue on your way.

ECHO nav point will have appeared on the map at this point. Run out of the base and continue down the road towards ECHO. This road is eventless, but command will alert you of an Anti Aircraft Weapon (ZSU) and add FOXTROT nav point to the map. Your secondary objective is to take it out to allow for air support in the area.

Along the road to FOXTROT there will be two NAPF soldiers. Pick them off from a distance and be sure to try for headshots, as always, to prevent return fire on your team. Proceed closer into the ZSU and stick to wall on the left side of the area. There will be a guard at the end of the wall you need to kill. Take him out and proceed Northward. There will be two more enemies slighly to your northeast farther into the area. Kill them both relatively quickly.

*NOTE* Be sure to always look for cover should they start to return fire. If you get caught in the gunfire it is very easy for you to get stuck and be brought down.

Head around past the location where you killed the last two guards. You now have a clear shot for your rocket to hit the ZSU. Use your rocket launcher and get a good position to take out the ZSU. Once you destroy it you will receive a secondary objective completion. Head out of the area and watch for any straggling guards that may have entered the area. As you leave the area you will see a broken up platform leading from the ZSU's position across the road. There will be two guards under this platform and one on top of it. Be careful, as the one guard atop the platform has a shotgun with slug ammunition.

After you take them out get back on the road heading to the northeast. As the road starts to widen and open up into the area in front of base 2, stick to the right hand side of the canyon once again. Clear all guards out front of the base, swiftly but stealthily if you can. There will be on guard behind the fence as you come up on the base from the right canyon wall. Eliminate him quietly. At this point Jester will ask you to hussle, but do not rush the situation. Head past the guard shack to be met by two more guards. Kill them both silently, and move into the second base.

Immediatley you will see one guard in front of you and two closer to the SCUD launcher. Take out the one in front of you and run over to the launcher. Quickly eliminate the enemies at the launcher and from this position scope out the remaining enemies. If you sounded an alarm, which shouldn't have happened, be ready to see two technicals in the very near future. What is important is you got another primary objective completed and now only need to worry about the two remaining bases to prevent the missiles from launching. Proceed to the north of the base and finish off all remaining guards and stragglers in the base.

At the back of the base, exit via the gap in the fence. Contrary to what I have been saying for the previous bases, you will be sticking to the left of the canyon for this one. You will come up to an arched rock formation stretching over the road. Here you will be met by four guards. Take them all out, and be noted to turn fireteam fire at will on whenever you aren't trying to be silent. Head down the road towards KILO and take the small path up the mountain on your left. This will take you to a ledge overlooking the front of the 3rd launch site base. Kill the two guards on this path silently. You can also hit the guard out in front of the gate from this ledge as well. Zoom in and try to take out as many guards as possible from this vanatge point.

Now proceed down the pathway into the base and stick to the left hand side once again. Kill the two guards you come across quickly as you head to the left hand side of the big machine in this base. Once you have the launcher in site, head for it and eliminate the two guards directly next to the launcher. Plant your explosives and move back towards the big machine. After the fireworks go off quickly move to the opposite side of the base and clean up the few remaining guards in this area.

Head through the opening in the gates to the west towards PAPA and your final SCUD launcher site. There will be two paths leading up in a V formation to the entrence to an old mine. Head up one of the two paths and enter into the mine.

*NOTE* Head Jester's advice upon entrence into this mine shaft. There WILL be close quarters combat. Be sure to aim for the upper chest and head. Try to strafe left to right and do not get caught in high profile situations. Four enemies hitting you in close quarters will not be fun. Scope out rooms before entering trying to keep as much distance between you and the enemy as possible.

As you head down the shaft keep your night vision on. Follow the tunnel around to the left. There will be an NAPF guard with his back to you right around the bend. Don't get to close to him. Use your scope and give him a good headshot. Keep following the path and you will come to a large open room. No matter how much the path to the right seems like a shortcut, it isn't. Stay to the left and use the high ridge going along the wall of the room to your advantage. Pick off the 4 men in this room one at a time, with any return fire.

Keep following the left wall and you will come to the tunnel which continues your route to the fourth base. As soon as you enter into this short tunnel you will see an NAPF soldier. Quickly take him out. Again, stick to the left hand side and move up the wood planks to see your next victim. Your fireteam will have already started shooting at him if they are on fire at will, otherwise you will have a clear shot at him to the head. Proceed up the incline and farther into the mine.

*NOTE* If you ever need help with navigation, or get lost during a mission, press the SELECT button. It brings up a list of your current and completed objectives as well as a tactical map with a green guide path through the map. This green path will not always be used by us in this guide, but it lays down the basics of where we need to be or are going.

When you reach the opening to the next room look to the right for an enemy walking down a path. After you take him out quickly pivet straight ahead again to see a second soldier walking towards your position. Keep to the center of the room. At the next opening on your right there will be an enemy. Slowly advance and you can get a headshot off from a distance without him seeing you. Proceed down that way in the room and now you can stick to the right hand wall all the way to the next tunnel leaving the room.

When you reach the next open room, there will be two guards running down towards you once you get a ways into it. Easily eliminated, and their accuracy is decreased in the dark environment. When you get to the main part of the room you will see platforms on the outer walls of the room. Watch for a soldier running to you from the left side of the platforms. Keep to the right path after eliminating that guard. You will drop down a few feet and see the exit of the mine into the back of the final SCUD launching base. Quickly eliminate all the enemies you see from the rear of the base then follow the canyon wall to the left coming up close to the launcher. The base will be cleared and you can plant the final explosives. Final primary objective completed, and Mission complete.



MISSION 4 - IN THE BALANCE
Start off by moving left as you arrive on scene, to CHARLIE in the north. There are reports of the CHA outpost being overrun and they need your assistance. Treck up the hill about 75 meters and come to the outpost in the north. Hop on the turret behind the small sandbag wall, and let the CHA troops stay on the large sandbag wall. Defend the position from the oncoming troops. Use the turret as your main offensive, but hop off the turret and use your primary weapon if you must should they get around to the areas you cannot manuever the turret too.

Two technicals will advance on your position later on, as well as a tank. Keep one of the two technicals alive for transport. Use your designator to paint the tank and get the airstrike to destroy it before too much damage is done. After a few waves, of which end with the tank assault, the northern outpost will be secured and you will complete part 1 of your primary objective. Hop in the technical and hurry down to the second outpost at DELTA.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* Do not let the outpost become overrun. I am not sure how they may become overrun, but I assume it has to do with the death of the CHA soldiers stationed at each one. Using this walkthrough should prevent anything from happening, but you get an easy Bonus & Crosstalk objective completions at the end of the mission if you prevent the outposts from falling into the enemy hands.

When you reach the second outpost at DELTA, quickly hop on a turret and start firing towards the large opening in the wall. Make sure to park your technical next to one of the turrets to allow for more cover. It is also one more obstruction the NAPF soldiers need to manuever around. Enemies will pour out of the large door and on to your position. It is a good idea to put the technical beside the left turret and place Jester next to it but behind it for cover. He can watch that side and prevent anyone from sneaking up on the outpost. Tell Bravo to hold position on the right hand turret to watch the center and right sides of the outpost. You then have manueverability around the outpost to go where is needed, but you can be assured each side is being covered.

Now that that is out of the way, it's the same drill as last time. Use the turrets to your advantage. Smother the NAPF at the center. They will ALL be coming from that opening in the wall, so you can more easily focus your firepower. After a few ways this outpost becomes secure ending with an assault with two technicals. You can easily hold them off with any basic rifle.

*NOTE* Once you kill the gunner, the technical will come to a complete stop and the driver will get out. Use that to your advantage here. You see 6 total technicals, so using this tactic might ease the stress on your ammo and health.

Now that the second outpost is secured, head out to ECHO to defend the third and final outpost. Use the same tactics as for the second one. Park the technical to the left of the left turret and place able behind it to watch your left side. Put bravo in between the left and right turrets to watch the middle and the right sides. Make sure everyone has cover, then get to work. After a few waves of NAPF soldiers, there will come two technicals. Again, take out the gunner and the driver will abandon the vehicle. After awhile the final wave will come led by a tank. Paint the tank and call in your airstrike. After the destruction of the tank you will have defended the third and final outpost.

Now we head out to INDIA to prepare for the final CHA assault on the NAPF forces in the area. Take your fireteam in the technical to the gap in the wall where the forces were coming out of for the second outpost. At the gap, get out of the technical and proceed on foot to secure the area. Stay to the right and take your fireteam behind the groups of NAPF soldiers who are facing the road. You can catch two soldiers from behind here, then kill one using your scope who has situated himself on the bridge hanging over the road to the north. Proceed down along the right side of the road keeping behind the already crumbling walls for cover. Pick off any enemies you see on your way down along the road.

Once you clear the right side, go back to the bridge that crosses over and clear the left side of the road. By this time the CHA tank will be coming up. After clearing the left side of the road, wait at the northern most point of the structure for the NAPF tank to appear with several soldiers along side it. Use you RPG or designator to destroy the tank, then sweep through the remaining soldiers. Primary objective and mission complete! You almost have the NAPF destroyed, only two more missions remaining in this area of operations!



MISSION 5 - DAY OF RECKONING
You start off just North of a small pond. You will see a soldier walking on the stone path above the ground. Head into the water, and ignore the firing going on above you. The soldier isn't firing at you. Cut directy through the center of the pond and come out on the south side. Head up the steps and take out the sole enemy soldier in this area. Proceed foward to CHARLIE. Keep going past CHARLIE and head to the left outside of the arch entrence to the city. There are two enemy soldiers waiting through the next doorway, so peak around the corner and take them out.

Follow the uneventful path around after taking the two soldiers out until you come to the black gate door you need to open at DELTA to continue. Once you open the gate, Jester will announce enemies are approaching from all angles. In reality, there are two soldiers charging you from the right and two proceeding up the road from the left slowly. Kill the two soldiers who came from the right then turn and snipe the two with your scope that are down the left road. Take the left road down and close in on ECHO.

Follow this road around to the east until it comes to an end. Take the left heading North and wait for an enemy soldier to run through the arch walkway just ahead of you. Take him out and continue down the path. You will come to a square which has the entrence to the area where ECHO is. It is black and white tiled along the entrence. Head inside and secure Marcy Raines. Tell her to hold position inside this room, and lead your fireteam to the entrence of the area. Make sure your Fireteam is on Fire at will. When you get back to the entrence, you fireteam will call out several enemies now entering into the square. From the room you are in take out the enemies as they charge the entrence. Slowly move up and out into the square keeping to the right side of the archway. Pick off any remaining soldiers and return to get Marcy.

Once you have Marcy following you leave the room you found her in and head to the west back down the road you took to get to her. Keeping following the road heading towards FOXTROT. When you come to an archway farther down the road you will see a soldier run by to the right. Head out of the archway and go to the rightside. Down a small ramp you will see three soldiers awaiting your arrival. Zoom in and pick them off with headshots without any return fire. Once the three soldiers are dead cautiously proceed down the ramp and close in on FOXTROT. 25 meters from FOXTROT you will run into 2 more enemies. Take them out from a distance, run to FOXTROT, and you will have completed a secondary and primary objective.

Head to the south and take the path leading down a narrow alley towards INDIA. Once you hit INDIA watch straight ahead and be ready to kill a soldier who comes around this corner. Once he is dead, move foward and look up the steps on your left to find a second NAPF soldier. Once he is dead head back down the steps and take a left down the alley where the first soldier appeared from continueing on your way to JULIET. Follow the narrow path until you get to the fork in the road. Cautiously proceed to the left alley until you come to a courtyard.

In total there are eight NAPF fighters in this courtyard, so make sure to kill them all so as to not get snuck up on. Take cover behind the small market cart and start to pick off the soldiers as they approach you. Two will approach from the right side, and one from the left. Once those three are dead, look to the steps on your left for your next target. Proceed into the courtyard on the right side and pick off the two NAPF soldiers who positioned themselves behind the southwestern most market cart.

Position your fireteam behind this cart and look straight ahead to the northeast on the next level. There are two NAPF soldiers who will be shooting at you from that tier. Try to get headshots on them quickly. If you cannot kill them fast enough they will hide and not poke their heads out again. Should this happen, simply run up the steps and peak around the left to see them crouching down. A few simple shots will bring them both down. From here, move through the arched entrence to the Northeast.

Follow the alley to the right after you enter, then proceed around the turn to the left. Move foward with caution and be ready for two terrorists to approach you from the end of this corridor. Once the terrorists are eliminated, continue on through the alley to the left. When you come to a small room, open the red door to the southeast and proceed over the short bridge through the arched opening on the other side. Here you will be interupted by a fun little cutscene.

After the cutscene proceed through the arch entrence into a room. Exit is on the right hand side. After you leave the room head outside and to the left. At this point you will see the General's helicopter fly right next to you on your right hand side. Continue foward and go down the steps on your right and run to KILO. At KILO make a left and you will see a large open area in front of you.

Stick to the far right hand wall. Through the open black gate you will see an enemy soldier. Take him out and continue to follow the wall. You will get to a group of brown crates stacked on top of eachother. A second NAPF soldier will charge around these crates in an atempt to ambush you. Kill this soldier, then look to the southeast. You should see two black gate doors next to eachother. A third enemy soldier in this area is right behind the gate here. You will be able to zoom in and snipe him with your scope from behind the crates. Take him out and take a defensive position behind the crates with the tank in view. Pull out your designator and slowly peak around the corner to paint the target.

Once the tank is out, a soldier will be visable on the steps behind where the tank wreckage is. Kill him from a distance and run to those steps. At the top of the steps make a quick left to another set of steps. Follow the path over a small bridge. Slowly peak around to the right to see a soldier crouching just ahead. Take him out, then kill the soldier who runs out of the room on your left after he is dead. Head into the room on the left which the soldier came out of. A second soldier is going to enter the room from the entrence to the east of the room. Kill him and proceed through that same entrence to hit PAPA.

ROMEO now comes up on your map. Peak out of this room where PAPA was to the right to find a guard hidden on the small bridge. Take him out and continue down this path to see a few enemies scattering about down farther. When you come to the entrence of the room, follow the wall to the right and you will find two enemies down this hallway.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* In the room to the left of the hallway there will be two documents on the table. Walk up to them and take the documents to achieve a Bonus and Crosstalk objective before persuing SARWAT. Immediatly after you restrain SARWAT you will get a cutscene, so be sure to obtain the intel before you do restrain him.

After they are eliminated continue straight down that hallway and you will come to SARWAT at the end of the bridge. Do NOT kill him or you will get a mission failure. Command needs him for intel. Throw a flashbang on top of him instead, that is if he doesn't immediatley surrender to you.

*NOTE* Sometimes SARWAT will not leave the room to the left of the hallway you went down when you entered the area. If he doesn't leave the room, simply eliminate all surrounding soldiers and throw a flashbang in the room.

*NOTE* If you did not start with a flashbang in your inventory, there is no need to fret. Each member of your fireteam automatically loaded out with flashbangs. Simply order Fireteam to Deploy Bang. They will deploy the Flashbang at your crosshairs, so aim wisely while using this feature.

Upon restraining SARWAT you complete a primary objective and the mission. Although the General escaped, you got his right hand man. Good work.



MISSION 6 - WAKE OF THE FALLEN
As soon you start proceed southeast to the highway. When you reach the smoldering vehicle on the left side of the road, order fireteam to hold position and hold fire.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* As you are continueing down the highway, shoot only those NAPF soldier whom have red turbins around their heads. The red turbin NAPF are the leaders and their deaths will cause the other soldiers whom are wearing black turbins will start to surrender to you. Once the red turbin soldiers are killed in an area, rush up to the black turbin soldiers and they will eventually surrender. Be sure to keep behind cover should they delay their surrender. Before you attempt to capture any surrendering NAPF soldiers, clear the area of those who do not wish to surrender. Upon the restrainment of four of the surrendering NAPF soldiers you will recieve a Bonus objective and Crosstalk objective completions when you reach CHARLIE.

Once you complete the bonus and crosstalk objectives order your fireteam to follow and fire at will. Then keep heading East down the highway to get a special delivery from command. A nice Humvee with a TOW missile launcher mounted on it. Mount up and head down the road to the North.

At appoximatley 85 meters from DELTA you will be engaged by a squad of 6 enemy NAPF soldiers. One will be behind you, 1 on the cliff to the right side of the road above you, and 4 just down the road behind the destroyed vehicles on either side of the road. Take the one behind you out then zoom in and snipe the remaining 4 soldiers who are hiding behind the vehicles. Pick off the one on the cliff by moving to the left side of the road. Once the threats are neutralized load up on the TOW humvee once again and proceed North down the road to DELTA.

At appoximatley 150 meters away from ECHO you will get an alert from command. She will tell you there is a tank just ahead down the road. Proceed down the road a bit until the tank is visable then position yourself in the center of the road. Get on to the TOW launcher and fire a couple missiles right at the tank to destroy it. After the tank is eliminated, 2 NAPF foot soldiers will engage you. Dismount and take them out, then load back up.

The fight should have occured around a circle type area where the road circles around a rock formation in the center. Take the road to the northwest as a shortcut. From this road you will have a great vantage point of ECHO and of a second tank. Get in range then hop onto the TOW and put the tank to rest. Get to ECHO to have FOXTROT pop up on your map. Proceed down the road to find a smoldering vehicle blocking the path of your humvee. Dismount and continue the mission on foot from this point on. You get a checkpoint as soon as you pass the road block.

Hit FOXTROT after an uneventful walk down the road, and have INDIA pop onto the map. Head down the hill cautiously sticking to the right canyon wall. You will see an enemy just northeast of the lake, so take him out from a distance. Keep to the right wall and head up to the northern village. When you get to the first building there will be an enemy waiting just around the corner. Take him out, then turn around and take out the soldier with his back to you on the ledge to your left. Pass the first building and sneak up cautiously to the rock wall visable just after passing the building. Pop out quickly and eliminate the NAPF soldier who is up there.

When you come to the second building as you follow the right wall of the canyon proceed down the path behind it which is heading South. INDIA is just ahead. When you come to the corner look left and you will see the doorway leading into the second building. Head inside and pick up the blueprints on the only table inside the building. Head outside and keep the right canyon wall once again now heading back down the hill and towards the southern village. When you near the lake run across the road and meet up with the canyon wall on the other side of the road. There is an enemy to the east just off the road. Scope him and kill him. Follow the canyon wall up the hill.

Keep watching to the left until you see a crouching enemy NAPF soldier. Kill him with a headshot and continue to search the village. In relatively the same location on the other side of the village there is a second NAPF soldier. Kill him then head to the southern most building in the village. The door into this building is on the west side. The building has a blue door and is two levels. Proceed through the door and into the room. In the next room you will find a stairwell. Head upstairs and kill the single guard. Go to the table in the room up there and pick up the Documents.

Command will tell you to go to the Villa and put up the KILO nav point on the map. When you exit the building go directly to the left and you will see a ramp heading up the mountain side. Take the ramp and follow it up the mountain. When you get to KILO, LIMA will now appear on screen. Keep following the path west. You will come up on a widened area with two rocks in the center of it. Keep right and you will see an NAPF soldier at the point where it beings to narrow again. Take him out and continue on.

You will come a fork in the road, at which you will take the left path going up more. When you get to the end of the path you will see a ramp leading down the mountain on the left. There is an opening in the ridge straight ahead which you can use as a vantage point. You will see two soldiers from this point which you should hit with headshots. Proceed down the ramp on the left. When you get nearly to the bottom slow up and you will be able to see an enemy next to the building directly ahead of you. Either take him out or he will move behind the building out of site.

Head down into the small villa towards the well. On the right side of the well next to the building you will see two NAPF soldier at the corner. Take them swiftly and quickly. Move around to the left after you kill the two soldiers. You will see the soldier that moved behind the building just ahead, if you killed him prior to that don't worry about him.

At this point there will be a Ural truck that come down the hill from the northwest. Five NAPF soldier will hop out. Use your rocket on the truck if you haven't already used it. Sweep the remaining soldiers from the truck. Now head southeast towards the villa again to LIMA. You will find a small boarded up hole close to the well on the southwest side of the villa. You will recieve Primary Objective and Mission completions as you approach the wood. Can you say - Sadaam Husein? Have fun with this one. Congratulations, you beat the North African Area of Operations!

Southern Asia Area of Operation Missions

Southern Asia Area of Operations
MISSION 7 - NAUTICAL SALVAGE
You and your team start off just behind the SOC-R. Hop in and order Fireteam to fire at will. Head down the river towards CHARLIE, then keep moving towards DELTA. On the right bank will be your first opponent right after you pass through CHARLIE, and another one just ahead on the left across the river from the first enemy. Your crew, now consisting of Bullfrog as the permanent gunner for your SOC-R, will easily take out these two. Keep heading for DELTA. When you hit DELTA you will see two enemies on the right bank to the North. Let your gunnners take them out.

If you have not seen the patrolling boat by now, make sure you are aware of it. Head to the East towards ECHO. As soon as you turn to the right into the river flowing for ECHO you will see an enemy on the left bank. If your gunners don't take him out, stop the boat and hit him with the big guns then keep moving down for the river. As you approach the bridge, slow the boat to a no wake speed and watch for the enemy on the left side hidden in the foliage next to the bridge. After you take this enemy out, go under the bridge and stop next to the cliffs ahead. Get into a passenger position on the boat and watch the bridge and cliffs to the south for an enemy or two.

When you have cleared the area proceed down the river and hang a left towards FOXTROT. You will see an enemy on the right bank as you approach. Let your gunners take him out, or once again take the big guns and do it yourself. There is a second enemy just ahead on the left bank as well. Continue to drift down the river, then curve to the right heading for INDIA. As you turn slow the boat and allow your gunners to take out all visible targets on the banks and on the bridge.

There should be one enemy on each bank, one on the bridge itself, then a boat docked just past the bridge on the left bank. Your gunners will hit them all, but if not once again take matters into your own hands. When your gunners destroy the boat you will recieve a secondary objective completion. Once you killed all enemies in the area around INDIA, head under the bridge past the boat wreckage and continue north east for the coast. Command will tell you to dock here and continue on foot towards JULIET. Do just that.

As you leave the boat head East up the coast. A few meters from the bridge in front of you head up onto the grass directly for the raider base to the north. The watch tower should be in sight for your current position. If you cannot get a good shot on the guard a top it, move closer to the base. Make sure to hit him with a headshot, take your time if need be. Once the guard is dead, get right up next to the old wood fence. Follow along the fence to the entrence where you just sniped the guard in the watch tower. As you approach set fireteam to hold fire. Jester will point out a few enemies for you to be aware of.

Go prone right at the break in the gate and face directly north to see a building with two soldiers next to it. Do not take them out yet. Turn your angle slightly to the left to find one more soldier patrolling the raider base. Take him out before he spots you. Go back to the other two soldiers now and hit them each with headshots one by one. Once the three soldiers are down move into the compound only slightly and face to the northwest to see a second watch tower. Pick off the guard a top it from your current position while prone.

Now that the are is secure, head into the base and towards the main building. There will be two more raiders standing around inside the building. Kill them both and recieve new information and objectives from command. Your next objective is to return to the boat and secure the breakneck freighter and it's cargo.

*BONUS* Before you leave the building be sure to grab the map you see on the tables in this room. Collecting the map earns you a bonus objective completed.

Leave the raider base to recieve a checkpoint. Head back to your boat now and order fireteam to fire at will once again. Proceed down the river towards KILO. Once you hit KILO slow down your boat a bit to allow for your gunners to take out unsuspecting enemies down river. Two enemies will appear on the right bank just a few meters after you hit KILO. Let your gunners worry about them, and keep a steady pace down river. As you continue down the river you will come to a sand bar which holds one enemy. Loop around the sand bar and let your gunners take out the soldier. You will come to an obstruction in the river and be forced to unload the boat.

As you unload, pass the fence in the water and stick to the left side of the mountain wall. As you are forced to enter the water continue to keep to the left barrier all the way to the other coast. When you reach the coast and PAPA, hault your movement and stay relatively hidden in the water. A guard will approach down the hill towards your position. He will stop and bend down to tie his shoe. When he gets back up shoot him in the head. Head up the hill a few feet and come to some barrels. Go prone and face west to see a second soldier patrolling on top of a ship wreckage. When you have a clear shot take him out as well.

Move up the hill and head to the wreckage you just took a guard out on top of. Enter through a whole in the ships hull. Head in and to the right following the only route you are able to take. After two stairwells you will come to the front of the ship where a soldier has taken a position on a turret. Take your time and settle your crosshairs for a headshot. Go back down the steps and exit the ship just the way you entered.

As you exit move to the left. You will pass some girders, scrap metal, boxes, and compost piles on your way toward ROMEO. Keep as right as you can until you come to the collection of Cargo boxes. One of your companions will alert you to his fluency in Banglia and his ability to translate any conversations you may come across.

When you reach the first cargo box, go prone immediatley to the right of it. You will see one soldier in the distance to the north. A second soldier will come into view from behind the cargo box close to from the left. You will eliminate this soldier causing the one in the distance to come a little closer. Take your time to center a headshot and take him out as well.

Get up and move to the end of the cargo box you were just proned to the right of. You will see two more soldiers in the distance. One is walking on top of a cargo box, the other below him on the ground. Steady your crosshairs once again and hit the bottom soldier with a headshot followed by the top soldier. You need to hit the top one quickly, though, as he may jump off the cargo box once his comrade is dead. Move ahead a few feet to see a third soldier will come over to the dead bodies to investigate. At which point you should give him the same headshot treatment as the other two.

*NOTE* It is a good idea to always conserve your ammo. It is a large possibilty that your weapon is the best one on the map. If you can hold onto it for the entire map. Especially with SDs, which no enemies ever carry. Always prevent as many firefights as you can by scoping enemies and giving them a nice little headshot.

Head to ROMEO and meet up with the shipyard wall. Follow it around to the East and as it curves to the south. Once you are parallel to the yellow crane in the area go prone and your team will call out an enemy which is walking towards your position. Once again steady your crosshairs and give him a headshot. After he is down continue south along the wall until you are parallel to the hanging girder to your left in front of the ship with the turret. You will spot two enemies conversising just due south. Give them both headshots and continue to follow the wall on the right.

When it breaks head into the area on your right and stick to the same wall but now on the inside to your left. When you come to the end of the wall peak around to the left and you will see a soldier on the ship patrolling. Take him down and head west/southwest towards VICTOR. There will be one enemy next to a cargo box with a girder resting on it. Take him down then focus on the farther southwest area. There are 3 more soldiers as the ground dips lower. One is on a stack of wite crates, the other two are below him and to the left. Once you eliminate them all, move closer to VICTOR.

Run now to the ship and hear your Brittish allies call out "Breakneck, dead ahead." Run around to the south side of the ship to find a whole in the hull for you to gain entry. As you enter sneak to the corner and peak to the left to see two soldiers standing around. You can choose to listen in on their conversation for awhile, or you can quickly take them both out with a few well placed bullets.

*NOTE* The conversation isn't that intresting to be honest. They talk about Raman being upset with one of them for droping a box. It useless chatter, but fun to listen to. Just another excellant part of the game.

Once the two soldiers are dead, continue into the room and to the door near WHISKEY to the east. Plant a C4 on the door in order to open it up. This leads to a corridor which leads into the storage hold. Primary objective completed, and command will alert you with new objectives. You will need to recon a warehouse now and locate the cargo from the Breakneck. As you head down the steps into the storage area you will get a checkpoint. Proceed up the steps and take the door on the right. As you enter the doorway you will see a soldier walk into view. Take him out with a few well placed shots and continue on ahead and eventually out of the ship near XRAY.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* A Bonus and Crosstalk objective are coming up after the following segment. You must remain undetected through the next few parts of the walkthrough in order to be able to accomplish the bonus and crosstalk objectives.

As you exit the ship order your fireteam to hold fire and hold position. Sneak up a few feet more and then go prone. Scan the area ahead of you to view 2 guards to the direct East. Hold off on taking them out for a few moments in order to let one of the soldiers come more clearly into your sights to the right. Take him down with a headshot, then return your sights to the stationary soldier to the direct east. Steady your scope and earn yourself yet another headshot.

Walk slowly northeast and take a position behind a compost pile with some crates to the right of it. In the distance you will see a watch tower with a soldier manning a turret on top of it. Go prone and slowly move out to the left of the compost pile. When you have a clear shot, steady your scope and get a headshot. You will be in a world of pain if you do not hit the headshot, so please be careful especially for this shot.

Once he is down, head over to the wall on the left and follow it to a group of boxes stacked on top of eachother. Climb up the boxes and onto the grey wall in order to get a vantage point on a raider patrolling the area to the north. Take him out with a headshot while his back remains to you. Find the ladder against the wall you are on and climb down. Cautiously proceed around to the north and stick to the wall on the left.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* As you approach YANKEE and the warehouse move to the right side along the cargo boxes. Sneak slowly alongside them. Right as you get to the corner of the last cargo box before the warehouse a cutscene will trigger provided you remained undetected in the area as previously requested of you. The cutscene will be two soldiers talking about a shipment. After the conversation you will recieve Bonus and Crosstalk objective completions.

Now that you have successfully accomplished the stealth part of the mission, order Bravo to regroup and follow and wait for them to arrive at your current location. There are three raiders patrolling the outside of the warehouse entrence. One is directly in front of the entrence, the other two are in a small shack closeby to your right on the otherside of the cargo box you are next to.

Go prone, steady your rifle, and aim for the soldier's head who is in front of the entrence. Move out from behind the corner of the cargo box looking to your right to see the shack. Move around the shack to the other side to prevent them from causing and alert to the warehouse. Kill them both and then proceed to the warehouse entrence on the far north and western side of the warehouse. Head upstairs into the office to trigger a cutscene. Command orders you to intercept the truck that left the warehouse with the cargo.

*BONUS* Before you leave the office grab the Shipping Manifest off the table in the room. Do this to get a bonus objective completion.

Exit the office from the door next to the table with the shipping manifest on it. You will see 3 raiders below you through the grates. Either run around to the steps or shoot them through the grates, whichever is your preference. Proceed down the steps and out of the warehouse via the west exit. Take the path right outside the warehouse on your left. As you enter the area on the left kill the raider on the balcony above you which is connected to the warehouse.

Command will inform you that the cargo got away, but will also explain your informant for this mission is willing to help your fireteam further. Command gives you a new objective to meet up with Magpie and then move to extract. As you turn the corner to the right you will see a raider across the small pond. Take him out from a distance and proceed on to ZULU. You will see Magpie crouching down. Trigger the cutscene and then follow Magpie to the boat now approaching the area. Primary objective and mission complete. Good work!



MISSION 8 - FRIEND OR FOE
Start off by moving south through the lake. When you come to the path leading south, stick on to the right wall of rocks. Go prone when you see the raider coming towards you down the path. Take your time aligning the shot then get a headshot on him. Keep heading south down the path until you come a a big rock causing the path to curve to the left. At this point the villager will show up as a nav point on your map. Proceed to follow the path to the left. With stealth keep to the left and cross the short wood plank. Once you are about a yard past the plank, go prone and face your southwest. A cutscene will trigger when you zoom in on a civilian and a raider talking.

If the villager is the mole you know not to talk to him. If he isn't the mole you know he is the right one to talk to. Continue on after the cutscene and secondary objective completion, down the path to the south. Stick to the huge rock on your right as it curves around. You will come around behind a green shack. Crouch to the left of the shack and wait for a raider to start walking towards you and your fireteam. Take him out as he gets closer, but not to close as to let him identify you. Keep moving to the west and get behind a yellow building with a widened nitch along it. You should see a guard to the north and very slightly east. Wait for him to walk into the doorway then back out, and then kill him with a headshot.

Still continue west to get behind a third building. Follow it around to the west side wall and once you hit the corner you will see a raider walking down the path to the north away from you. Quickly take him out. Head now northwest and towards VILLAGER 1 on the screen. Follow the path around to the beach. Watch to your immediate right as a raider walks down the beach towards you. Take him out. If the first villager you came across was the mole, talk to this villager. If the first villager was not the mole, avoid the villager here as we know which one to talk to already. If he is not the mole you will approach him to trigger a cutscene and gain intel on the raider base.

Head now to the east into the center of the village. Note the raider walking down the path from the east towards the west and your fireteam. Go prone and take him out with a headshot. Follow this path around and as it curves to the south. Travel over the small wooden plank towards VILLAGER 2. If this was note the mole, approach him. If it isn't you can skip over him as you already have the intel. When you approach a cutscene will trigger with Magpie talking to him. You will gain intel if you haven't done so already. Now that the entire village is clear and you have your primary objective completed, head to the southeast towards DELTA.

As you approach DELTA get onto the path heading south. When you get 30 meters from DELTA you will recieve a checkpoint. Keep on the path and exactly 23 meters from DELTA go prone with a good view of the path down to the south. Two raiders will appear which you must take out. They turn back towards the south fairly quickly, so be sure to get your shots off in time. Proceed down the path uncontested now. Hit DELTA for a comment about River Dolphins from your brittish allies as well as for ECHO to now appear ahead.

Once the area widens, you will see a building due south. Two raiders are patrolling it. You will see a rock to the right of the path where the grass meets the sand. Prone directly left of the rock and zoom in on the building. You will get a clear shot on both of the soldiers. If you are not within range, move south a ways down the path until you are within range. Do not let them see you, however. Once they are both down thanks to wonderful headshots, continue on past the building and to the southeast towards ECHO.

Once you get past the building and have a clear sight of the beach leading around to the east now, go prone and you will see a raider approaching you from that direction. Wait for him to come within range then eliminate him with a headshot. Now follow the beach around as it curves to the northeast and ends with a shallow body of water. You are coming up on the second village now. Keep to the left and walk/sneak along the coast and rocks towards the northeast and the village.

When you hit the village coast keep left and follow the path leading towards FOXTROT. On the path stick to the right wall and the shadows to cover you and your fireteam. Make sure Fireteam is on Hold fire. When the path curves around to the East order Fireteam to get down. Sticking to the rock hill on the right, go prone and sneak into the bushes just ahead. Zoom in on the village towards VILLAGER 3 or VILLAGER 4 to get a cutscene. When both custscenes are done for each villager you will know which the mole is. Secondary objective completed, and you now know which is the Villager to avoid ahead.

Order Magpie to hold position and fireteam to follow. Kill the raider in front of you walking to the south with a headshot. There is another raider a little more to the north next to the building where VILLAGER 3 is. Kill him with a headshot aswell. Now get up and move to the northern end of the village. When you come to the northmost building in this area, follow the north wall of the building around to the eastern corner. Move around the corner to the right to see the villager. If this is the mole, avoid him! If he isn't still avoid him for the time being.

From here move east and to the coast. Walk along the beach southward and stick to the rock hill on your right. Follow the rock as it curves to the west and you will see the well and VILLAGER 4 in your sights. Go prone where you are right now and face to the south west. There will be a raider that appears to the left of the villager. Take out that raider. Get on the path, walking a distance from the villager for the time being, and head west then along the curve to the left heading south.

You will see a house on pillars above the water with a raider on top. Go prone when you have him in your sights and take him out with a headshot. Get up and continue down the path quickly behind the rock on your right. Flash will point out a raider. Watch the path from behind the rock and ambush the raider as he passes into your view. Now head north towards the building closest to you. Get to the right side of the entrence and peak around the corner to see the final raider in the village. Take him out to clear the village of any threats.

Once the village is clear, bring up Magpie to the villager which isn't the mole carefully avoiding the mole. Gain intel on the raiders once again and complete another primary objective. run to the north out of the village and towards INDIA. When the path curves right about 35 meters from INDIA you will recieve a Checkpoint. Continue on down the path. Hit INDIA and proceed up the hill. When the path curves right again you will see a large rock. Get behind the rock and await for a raider to appear on your left side from behind the rock. Take him out with a couple well placed shots.

Sneak beyond the rocks and the road will once again start to curve right and to the northeast. You will see a raider standing just ahead. Eliminate him from in the bushes so as to not be detected. Continue up the path along the curves until you come to a point where the narrow path opens up into a large area. Proceed with caution up the hill into the area and to the left. You will see a raider on a ridge walking south. Head up onto the ridge and eliminate him.

Continue down this ridge. At the end look at the wall to your right and you will be able to climb up. Hop down onto the path on the other side of the wall and order Magpie to Hold position before doing so. Head down the path with caution. When you get to the bottom to your north will be the RADIO nav point and the first part of your secondary objective. Head towards the nav point and kill the sole raider protecting the area, then take out the blue radio.

Go back up the path. Keep Magpie held and follow the path all the way up. You will see two radiers patrolling to the northwest at the top of the path. In the distance there will be a third. Pick him off if you have the range. If not shoot at him a few times to get him to move closer to your position then eliminate him. Sticking to the wall on your right move foward until you are approximatley 83 meters from LIMA. Look to the east to see a raider patrolling in the distance. He isn't too far away so hit him with a headshot and proceed to follow the wall northward towards LIMA.

When you get to the end of the ruins on your right now instead of a wall, go prone and look to the direct northwest to see a small hut and a raider walking towards your position to the right of it. Kill him then look around behind the ruins to your east to see another raider approaching you. Go behind the ruins to take him out, then get back to the front of the ruins and continue to follow along to the northwest sticking to the grass/rock wall on your right. Follow the curve of the wall to the north still sticking to it down to LIMA and a Checkpoint.

Have Magpie follow now and wait for him to reach you. Continue to follow the path around and come to your first raider along the path. Take him out and keep sneaking along the path. As the path starts to move downward, be aware of your left side. When the wall on the left becomes flat and even with the path head out onto it. Use this position as a vantage point to eliminate the two raiders patrolling below on the other side of the path.

Get down off the vantage point and proceed to follow the path around once again. Approximatley 35 meters from PAPA command tells you to stay alert and warns you about the arms shipment arriving any minute.

*NOTE* This transmition only comes through if you overheard the arms shipment in the last mission. By following my guide you should have, therefore this next Bonus/Crosstalk objective will be available to complete.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* Keep to the right of the path and follow it around directly to the right of a canoe. Use this as a vantage point once again. Three enemy boats will approach at low speeds from the East. Kill the drivers of each boat followed by the gunners or passengers. Once all three boats have no more raiders on them you get a Bonus and Crosstalk objective completion.

Kill the raider walking across the bridge to your north. Get onto the bridge and prone with a good view of the other side. Watch the turret on the right side of the end of the bridge and kill the raider manning it. Head across the bridge towards ROMEO and follow the path around. Approximatley 50 meters from ROMEO there will be 2 raiders waiting for you. Take them out swiftly and proceed with caution. Around the next bend prepare yourself for a firefight. Go prone and make sure fireteam is on fire at will. One raider will charge your position with a shotgun. Take him out then focus down the hill on the remaining two raiders.

Once the three raiders are dead run down to ROMEO and continue to run down the path. You will come to a villager and trigger a cutscene. You get some bad news about Magpie's village and obtain a new primary objective: Liberate Magpie's Village.

Run down the path ahead of you towards the village to get a Checkpoint. Good thing too, because you will need it!

*CROSSTALK* Make sure to order Magpie to hold position and fireteam to fire at will. When you hit the water run directly north. You will see one raider in the water. Take him out as you are on the run. Hit the land and stick to the left wall in order to find the path still running. Along the path you will come across two more raiders. Again, as you run mow them down. Keep on the path to come to the center of the village. Pick off as many as you can as quickly as you can. Start from the left and scan to the right picking them off. Run towards the village and proceed to kill the raiders advancing from the banks to the south. Kill everyone and you will achieve a Crosstalk objective. If you moved swiftly it will also give you a second Crosstalk objective for having no non-combatants killed during the raider's ambush of the village.

Once you Liberate the village you will recieve a primary objective completed. A cutscene will trigger with Magpie thanking you, and then Bullfrog will be waiting in your SOC-R along the coast to the northeast at WHISKEY. Run to WHISKEY and mount up. Head along the river to the north and hit WHISKEY. A little while down the river you will come across one raider on the left bank and one on the right bank. Let your gunners take them out as you proceed up river towards XRAY.

A boat will appear approximatley 55 meters from XRAY. Use the big guns to take it out as well as another raider on the right bank. Proceed to YANKEE. A second enemy boat will appear on your right. Again use the guns onboard your SOC-R to take out the second boat. Check the right bank once again for a raider. Hit YANKEE and move on to ZULU.

At ZULU there is a raider base. There are 7 enemies in the base, so be careful to get them all before letting down your guard. One raider will be in the trench near the supplies. Three more will run down out of the building on your right. You can find two more near the left of the base, and the final one will appear in front of the building to the left. Use the debri and boxes in the area to cover you as you start to pick off the enemies. Make sure fireteam is on fire at will incase they storm your position.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* Head to the building on the left side of the base and inside you will find a table next to a door. A document can be found on top of it. Snag this to accomplish yet another crosstalk objective and a bonus objective.

Head over to the Trench and place a satchel on the supplies. Run to the extract to achieve primary objective completed and mission completed. Congratulations.



MISSION 9 - HEART OF THE FIST
After the cutscene proceed to the west of the beach. Aim inbetween the two planks of wood which are where the barricades meet the rock wall and take out the two soldiers here who are on turrets. Another soldier is nearby the turrets, so position yourself and take him out aswell. Continue to the south swimming alongside the barricades towards CHARLIE.

When you get to approximatley 18 meters from CHARLIE get to the barricade. There will be a plank of wood and a box. Aim inbetween the two objects while standing and pick off the two raiders on turrets to the deep northwest. Continue alongside the barricade until you come to the next corner. Peak around to the right to find another raider. Take him out to complete your primary objective.

Continue past sticking to the right wall of the barricades. At exactly 100 meters from DELTA turn to your right and you will see barbed wire along the barricade. Get right up against it and aim to your direct northwest to spot a raider a couple yards off the second pair of turrets you took out earlier. Take him out then proceed down towards DELTA once again. At approximatley 40 meters from DELTA two raiders will rush your position from beyond the barricade. Take them out before they get too close to you and then pick up the pace towards DELTA.

Once you arrive at DELTA you will see an opening in the barricades. Head into the gap and you will be interupted by a short cutscene. Afterwards proceed into the area. Keep to the left wall and run south to the turret hut. From here position yourself to take out the three enemies to the north. One will be in the trenches, the other two just behind him above the trenches. Once they are eliminated hop down into the trenches and run north. Once they end turn left and head west towards ECHO.

At approximatley 50 meters from FOXTROT you will come up to a turn off to the right in the path. Slowly peak out and kill the raiders on the turret followed by the raider just to the right of him. Run up to their position once they are taken out. Look to the left of the turret to find a hidden pathway leading to the west. Travel up the pathway. Once you come to a wider point along the path you will see three raiders come foward. Two will crouch and one will prone. They do not see you, so you can easily pick them off one at a time with a headshot in each. Continue up along the path.

Keep to the right of the path alongside the wall and follow this path all the way to INDIA. You will see a small house at INDIA's location. Keeping to the right come up behind a tree and pick off the soldier out front of the house. Continue on while sticking to the right and find two more soldiers. Take them both out with headshots. Go down to the house where you killed the first soldier and head inside.

*CROSSTALK* Through the second window on the left you will be able to see another soldier walking up and away from you. Pick him off with a headshot and go to the doorway to the north. Once just outside of the doorway look to your northeast to see yet another soldier crouched and walking away from your position. Hit him with a headshot then look to the north where you will find a soldier mounted on a turret. Kill him then move to the northwest where you will find CARGO #1. This will give you a secondary objective completion and part one of a 3 part Crosstalk objective.

From here move cautiously and slowly towards JULIET. In the eastern most building in this area you will find an enemy in the doorway. Take him out and move into that building. Disable the old generator then move outside once again. Move towards INDIA once again. You will find a path on your left that leads eastward up a hill. Follow this path sticking to the right hand side. The path will curve and start to decline down a hill. From a position on the hill approximatley 27 meters from FOXTROT you will see two soldiers at the bottom of it. Take him out and head down and get FOXTROT.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* To your immediate left you will see a tunnel entrence. Shoot the raider who is at the entrence then move up to the entrence itself. Do not go inside. Aim your crosshairs to the back of the tunnel as far as you can see and order fireteam to deploy bang. Move back a few feet and wait for the bang to go off. Head inside and to the right. Kill the raider who is there, but be carefull not to kill ABBAS who is to that raider's left wearing a red headband. Once you retrained ABBAS you will get a Bonus and Crosstalk objective completed.

Leave the small cave and head back up the hill on your right back towards INDIA. Once you get to INDIA turn right towards JULIET. To the left of the building which held the old generator you will find another building which has a white roof and barrels all around it. The entrence is on the east side of the building. Head inside and you will see a cave opening on the right. Proceed in to the opening and Specter will alert command of your findings.

Head down the steps and proceed north into the cavern. When this small tunnel ends you will see two raiders standing around bickering about the lights. Take them down and head into the room. Go straight foward a raider will appear in the tunnel heading north, so take him down and proceed down the tunnel. When you get to the bottom peak to the right to see another raider standing on the east side of the room. Once you take him down head into the room.

*CROSSTALK* Cargo #2 will have appeared on your screen. You can see it in the northwest corner of this room. Walk up to it to accomplish a secondary objective completion as well as part 2 of your crosstalk objective.

After locating the second cargo crates move to the northeast section of the room to find a corridor that leads down and to the left. Once the corridor straightens out LIMA will be a few meters in front of you and you will be able to see an enemy next to some crates. Take him out and stick to the right side of the corridor wall. Around the crates you will find a second enemy to eliminate.

*CROSSTALK* Ignore the door on your right where you just killed those soldiers and proceed west down the corridor and follow the curve to the left. Face the wall on your right and slowly peak around the corner. You will see a civilian in front of a raider. Kill the raider then move in slowly to the room. Look to the south and you will see two more raiders in another corridor. Eliminate them, and then restrain the captain of the breakneck for a Crosstalk and Primary objective completion.

*CROSSTALK* Return back up the corridor and back to the door you passed just moments ago now on your left hand side. RAMAN, the leader of the fist and fire, is on the other side of this door. Open it, back up slightly, and throw a flashbang inside the room. RAMAN will put down his weapon and surrender to your team. Restrain RAMAN for crosstalk and primary objective completions.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* On a table against the eastern wall in this room you will find RAMAN's contact list. Pick it up for bonus and crosstalk objective completions.

*CROSSTALK* After you pick up the contact list, move to the northeast corner of the room to find a tunnel leading down and slightly to the right. Head into the tunnel. Kill the two guards in this room then locate the third and final cargo box against the southern wall in the middle of the wall. This action completes part 3 of your crosstalk objective and earns you that crosstalk objective. It also completes your secondary and primary objectives of locating the cargo pieces.

Exit this room via the east wall exit and follow this corridor up and to the left. Around the first bend to the left seek cover behind the box on the left wall of the corridor. You will have a clear view of a raider just down the corridor crouching facing the opposite direction. Peak around and kill him with a headshot. Proceed down the corridor and be cautious as it turns in to a room on the left hand side. Peak around the boxes in this room to see another raider. Kill him then continue on up the corridor and towards ROMEO.

Just outside the tunnel you will see two guards. Order fireteam to hold fire, then eliminate the two guards to the direct north. Have fireteam fire at will, then exit the tunnel moving to the right. There will be one more raider here for you to kill.

*BONUS/CROSSTALK* Move up to the southwest to find a hut. Do not go near the door, just hop on the turret outside the hut. Aim for the speedboat and destroy it to prevent the escape of any fist and fire terrorists.

*CROSSTALK* Dismount the turret and focus now on the hut to your left I told you to ignore to destroy the boat. Throw a flashbang inside and either restrain the surrendering raider or kill him before he reorients himself. Once the terrorist threat is eliminated, restrain the first mate of the breakneck for crosstalk and primary objective completions. This also completes the mission, and finishes the south asia area of operations for your fireteam! Congratulations!

MISSION 10 - NIGHTCRAWLER
This missions starts you off on the side of the road. Before you are 10 seconds into the missions, you will see a Ural truck pass by on the road. Leave it alone, as it will not harm you in any way. At the bridge two soldiers will get out of the Ural truck. One will remain patrolling the bridge, and the other will move to the structure in front of you to the North as you start.

*BONUS* This is a primary objective as well as a bonus objective. You MUST keep the guards unsuspicious and unaware of your presence. If at anytime you break your stealth pattern and trigger an alert you will fail both the bonus and primary objectives instantly as well as the mission.
