Tips for defending Brewery on "Brewed Chaos"
Well, after numerous tries, I've finally figured out the best way to defend the brewery. First of all, stay inside the brewery the entire time, even when HQ tells you to man a turret. The first thing you should do is climb up the ladder inside the brewery, making sure Bravo is following you. Aim your crosshairs at the middle of the first floor and tell Bravo to cover target. Climb downstairs and wait for intel from HQ. When you are told to go to the east, go to the east side of the brewery and pick off the terrorists while you are hiding INSIDE, shooting out of the door. Do the same for the west side. Eventually HQ will tell you to make sure and stay inside the brewery to avoid any potential RPG blasts. Aim your crosshairs just in front of the east door and tell Jester to cover target. Meanwhile, you should be watching the west. Jester will have your back while you have his. The terrorists will pour in and you will be able to shoot them down one at a time until you've eventually defended the brewery.

Here is how I got past that mission:

I set Fireteam Bravo to "hold position" right under the overhead doors that are wide open, overlooking the watery "street".

I set Jester to "hold position" up in the rafters of the brewery, and put him into the "overwatch" command.

All I had to do was watch the north & south doors...

Much easier than defending the Embassy in SOCOM 2...

I do something similar to Creep. I use the turrets to kill everyone (which I find simple to do.) Then, I set Bravo outside of the big doors (they can't help but kill people when they're right in the way) and I sit between the big tanks opposite the bomb. Jester basically does whatever he wants and I pop out of my hiding spot and surprise any terrorists who come in.

one thing that works well is to put bravo on cover target rght in front of the chemical tank, put jester on the small door entrance and go upstairs, after the people come in from the rooftops, position ur slef on the other side of the chem. tanks but still on the second floor... so when that Gryc guy comes runnin in behind the tanks lighting them up, u can kill em and denfend the brewery at the same time.... my suggested weapon, if u have unlocked it... the the M14 with rifle laser and high scope, rifle laser duznt make mush difference, but the bipods too heavy...

i do the turets as much as possible to conserve ammo, then shot the three guys who come after the second turret, then use the third turret, then snipe the guy that apears in the head, then run inside the brewery, then take out the two or three guys on the rafters, then tel bravo to hold position at the small door, and defend the brewery behind the boxes next to the big open door by myself. jester, if hes alaive, stays with me. and whatever i do i try to kil that ***** who looks like everyone else but blows up the tank.

tip: dont think you already killed gyrc. hq will list a primary objective completed when you do.

and can you belive how many "then's" i used?

I just played it again on Captain. I put PMN mines on the west side and I didn't have to shoot anyone over there except the guys from the roof. It makes it a lot easier.

I'm sure if there was a serach button, I'd use it.

The thing i did was put Jester on the walkway of the second floor, bravo in the middle of the room on the 1st floor, but one of bravo got stuck on the third floor so i had one guy on the first floor, one guy on the second floor, and one guy on the third floor. i just stayed on the first floor with one of bravo and killed Gryc when he came between the canisters

After numerous tries, I still cannot beat the Brewery Mission. i have tried everything, from telling bravo to cover target, to staying inside.

Is it better to beat the mission on a lower level in order to unlock a pmn mine or claymore?

I have almost nroken my controller with this mission. but have learned to just turn the game off....

Frustrated..

are you kidding? I think this one 10x harder then the embassy mission. I barely did it on commander last bullet of the last mag. And it took me 7 tries from the checkpoint to beat it for Captain. complete with PMN mines, M203 launcher and highscope with an M16. Ugh glad its over though, all I care about is my Front Grip and Medium Scope :P
